I received my food on a Sunday and the plan I chose is supposed to come with breakfast,lunch,dinner, two snacks and fruit. I received only one snack and no fruit. I shrugged it off and decided to give it a shot I know things have changed with COVID and the process. I went to eat my lunch on Monday and the rice was rock solid like it had been frozen then thawed or over cooked. I again decided to look past it and hoped that when the rest of my 5 day order was delivered it would be better. Come the day that I was supposed to receive the second part of my meals the never showed up. At about 8 pm I texted them and asked what the deal was or eta and his response was he should be there soon let me check. He then texted back and said the delivery guy gave my order to the last customer. That is some serious miscommunication. He tried making it right and said he would refund me. That was on October 7th I still have no received my refund. I am extremely disappointed in the customer service and would never recommend this company.

Even though there's a delivery period of 5.5 hours listed when you order, yes...the old notice that someone was actually on their way was appreciated. -There used to be more vegetables. In one of the meals this week, there were only 6 pieces of vegetables (in the large portion). A week or two ago I complained the potatoes were burned. The company responded to my complaint. This week, there were potatoes in the green chili chicken that weren't cooked thoroughly. I didn't complain this week, because I complained the last time I ordered. But if you can't cook the potatoes without overcooking them or undercooking them, maybe you shouldn't offer them as an option. This week, I sent a message asking what the macros for the steak meal were, but I never received a response. I also included a picture of container not having a label. Their website says "Each meal varies in the number of carbs/protein/macros but are guaranteed to be healthy options. Each meal prep has labels to provided detailed description of the serving size." Aside from the errors in those sentences lol...this is the second time I've had to email the company to get the macros for the labels that weren't on the container...but this time, no one responded. I use this meal service because I used to enjoy the food, the macro labels and to make my life easier. But it doesn't seem like that's the case anymore.

My order was a gift and for a specific event, so when it never got delivered, I had to find another option and was left with no choice but to reverse the charges with my bank. Once I spoke to the owner he offered to replace the meals at no cost to me, but by then it was too late. Glad the company is not fraudulent.
