EXPERIENCE: I just so happen to check on the filters on the bigger and older of the two units and was shocked to see that they hadn't been changed in years as they we either sticky, torn or simply obliterated. Luckily they stocked the filters and changed them ASAP during the service. We were told that the unit had some life left in it but was pretty rusted inside of the indoor unit as I heard the tech scraping and prodding away at something. Total bill for the two was a whopping $580 and change. I've never paid that much for the central unit in our other home! Wowzers. SERVICE: They did do a no call/no show on us prior to this visit. I hear the a/c business on Maui is good, especially with the blazing summer we're currently having, so lost business is really no loss to them. Another phone call brought a tech over in a few days, who was friendly and professional. OVERALL: Good work but I'm not sure if we'll use them again due to pricing.

I…read morewould give them a 5 star, however, their technicians don't seem to get that our unit is a rental and turn off the air-conditioning unit with the remote versus leaving it on so that the renters only use the timer. I don't live on island so my property manager has to come out to correct what the techs do to the unit. (I have them service my unit every three months).
