I called Steve late in the morning on the way to visit my mom in corona, I didn't think I would be able to get an appointment because it was so late in the day. When he answered the phone I was told he already had a full schedule. Although I was pleasantly surprised when he asked me some questions about my situation. I live on the mountain at 8000 ft. And I'm going to visit my mom in corona I told him. He did some figuring and told me he would try to squeeze me in at the end of the day. Guess what, he called me right when he said he would, and he arraigned to meet me on my way back up the mountain. We met in riverside and 25 minutes later I was back on my way!
