Wow! Mind you we are usually on time, but we are on a fixed income and sometimes stuff happens unfortunately ! And only asked 1 time in years!! But nope sorry, they dont care, doesnt matter if you are with them for 20 years and on time for 20 years!! Also the rent on the units continue to increase pretty frequently. ​

And the gate was broken the whole duration of my rental where it remained open 24/7 so how secure is the unit when anyone can come and go as they please whether they belong there or not.
