Move in process was easy and to the point hope everything moving forward is as smooth !

Absolutely gone downhill. Since January, cleanliness has been basically nonexistent--common areas are consistently dirty and clearly not being maintained. On top of that, the price increases are completely unjustified given the decline in quality. I'm beyond relieved to be out of this place for good. Absolute SCAM. Please DO NOT fall for them. It is such a shame that they are in our sweet town of Kyle, I do not know how they are still around with how they are doing business. They hook you in with the low prices. So nice at first and make it easy to sign up. Then after like 2 months, BOOM they just raise the price almost 40%!!!! And then a month later automatically sign me up, ADD an in-house insurance policy with I have my own policy on my homeowners that I provided at move in! And to ADD TO IT...when I initially called in to complain about the raise in fee, David at the front desk said it was "an industry norm and something I would just need to deal with, and if I wanted to complain about it to someone, I would have to call another number, or email someone else about it" he told me he was busy and would email me the contact information - which of course, he never did. Their newest SCAM has been to charge me an additional $16.00 a month for insurance when I provided them with a policy when I moved in. I just called the office and talked to David again, and he said his "guess" was because my policy expired. I told him it hadn't. So, he took another look and said it was because my name wasn't on the policy. To which I reminded him no, but my husband who is also on the storage rentals name is. How do they not check the names on the rental agreement before opening up an additional rental insurance policy and charging someone for it?! David was VERY annoyed and told me he was busy and would call me back. We will see if that happens. I highly doubt it. DO NOT FALL for this horrible business. Hidden fees, raising prices. Started off great but kept raising prices. They'd say they sent me a notification but I never got them. I didn't get a monthly bill which I asked for. I only got one after they raised the price and then I owed them money and now a late fee for not paying the extra they raised it. They want auto pay so they don't have to bill and can keep raising prices and you don't know it. Also, if you don't do autopay you can't access but limited hours. Their billing practices caused me anxiety. I was with them 7 years. Couldn't wait to get my stuff out of there. I had one of the smaller spaces it was $200 a month. So don't be sucked in on their beginning deceptional prices and promotional rent. read more

After speaking with the "manager", and being assured that I WILL have access to my units until 9pm, they have proven once again to be liars and thieves. SAVE YOUR MONEY!!! And go ANYWHERE but here!! Showed up at 7pm, and ONCE AGAIN could not ACCESS my units! Literally, NO other storage facility in the area takes you money and denies access. WTF??? Changing my signed agreement without notification IS NOT LEGAL!!!!! read more

Beware of this place. I rented a space for my boat and the space was not big enough for my boat since they had a large truck on one side and a travel trailer on the other side. The manager had me park on an area that wasn't a marked space. So I go back to get my boat and they had it towed. I never received a call and I always paid my dues. Now I have to pay for three weeks to towing company to get my boat. Go elsewhere, nothing but crooks at this location! read more

DO NOT RENT A UNIT FROM THIS COMPANY! I have been renting from them since 2017, and today I was locked out from getting to my unit. When I called, they said it was because I didn't set up autopay, so i can only get in during office hours M-F 9am-6pm. What the actual f***!!!I I was never offered autopay. On top of that. I was asked a bunch of questions. Never once answering my one question. They asked my name, reason for the need of a storage, I started feeling a bit frustrated and instead of giving me a price on a 10x10 they kept asking me what others in the area were charging. Asking me what is a good price to pay. Feeling I was getting the run around I hung up. Shortly afterwards I got four calls from different numbers all wanting to help me in finding a storage unit. All within a few hours. I feel they gathered all the information they could like if they were reading from a script. Filled in the blanks and sold it somehow. read more

My Spouse & I were very displeased with your customer service, and the way our rent has increased over the past few months, without advising us about such increases. Rest assure, that I will speak my mind on Yelp, Facebook and the American Statesman letting people know around the Greater Austin, Kyle/Buda areas, just exactly what StorQuest is made of. My favorite saying is "Nothing is ever easy." My experience with Storquest Kyle proved me wrong! In a hurry, storing a piano for my daughter's first house, I reserved the wrong size unit, movers rushing to leave- nothing fazed Melanie and Crystal who worked with me. Within 10 minutes, I had the right-sized unit right next to the entry door, the piano was safely stored, the movers were gone, I had a new lock, I was registered and I was on my way. Why can't everything work like this? So happy with my experience! read more

Prices are the reason I came here and they have been great. Had some bumpy issues with the insurance they offer. I recommend shopping around for your own insurance or reading the fine print. Aside from that the location itself is very good. They seem to care about your satisfaction. And they make sure you know your being taken care of. read more

Don't leave your stuff here! Our household items are molded and there is also evidence of mice in the unit. Apparently, the insurance they require you purchase won't cover the water damage. The employees admitted they are fully aware there is a drainage issue, but obviously don't disclose it to unknowing customers until its too late. Multiple units have been affected. This is pure negligence by the storage facility. When we rented we had the expectation our items would be kept secure and dry. They failed to provide the service we paid for. There is also no discount for renting multiple units. read more

This place is so helpful! Melanie and Crystal went the extra mile to make sure the uhaul we rented from them was available -as you know uhaul can be quite difficult to deal with and horrid customer service. Highly recommend them. Clean, safe and professional. read more

just want to give a big Thank you to the Kyle storquest, from the very beginning I have had nothing but a great experience with them. From the time I called for pricing through the current date. I was also there in the flood in Oct. and no the Ins. did not cover it but, my home owners would not have covered it either, but they were great, Crystal came in on her days off and helped not only us but several other people who had an issue to move into other areas of the property. Every time we go in to pay we have the best time, we are treated like family and sometimes we stop by just to say Hi. Excellent customer service and a great facility. I definitely recommend this facility.

All of the office staff that I have dealt with have been great. Chrystal especially is super nice and worked with me to get get a larger unit rented where I could combine my smaller two units. Theses units were on the side by the County Precinct. After that building was put in there were drainage issues which caused flooding of my smaller units when we had the torrential rains in Hays. The insurance I was required to buy did not cover this kind of flooding so I lost, and or had water damage, to a number of boxes containing memorabilia and household items. The company has since gotten insurance with a new company that is supposed to cover floods. They also have indicated that the drainage issue was going to be looked into and resolved. Chrystal was nice enough to work with me in locating the larger unit in an area that was not prone to flooding and she gave me a 1 month discounted rate when I moved to the larger unit. read more

We just got set up in a climate controlled unit and the process was so very easy. I reserved the unit on-line and then went to the office to officially set everything up. The paperwork process was all lined out and the office manager definitely helps make it all smooth, easy and quick. The staff was very friendly and attentive.
