We had a great experience at Guardia and it's now our new favorite pizza spot! The pizza is very delicious, dough is fluffy and the pizza was cooked perfectly. Highly recommend the New New York pizza and Hot Honey Pepperoni pizza. The staff and management are very friendly and welcoming. I can't wait to go back and try more from their menu!

Guardia is a New York-style pizza spot in Mt. Lookout with hand-tossed slices, pies, and even soft-serve. We got half burrata and half hot honey and both were delicious, especially dipped in their ranch. Chill, Brooklyn-inspired vibes and great pizza. Definitely worth stopping by for a slice! The restaurant is small inside with limited seating so just be mindful of that. Service was also great and very helpful.

Delicious! Pizza is fantastic but the cookies might be better. Imagine a hard crusted cookie with an underbaked/soft middle. Espresso martinis are always 10/10 as well. Tastes just like a soft espresso shot. Food and drinks came out super fast and they invited us inside when it started raining. Ambiance is quant and homy. 10/10!

Any time a new New York style pizza place opens up in our area, you know my fiancee and I are gonna check it out. Especially with this one being so close to our home we definitely had to go. Of course, we really enjoyed it all; the food, the libations, the service, and even the divy kinda feel to it. This spot is on the small side too, with just a few tables and bar area seating, so go early if you don't wanna wait. Their menu isn't huge, with pizza as the main attraction, but they also have salads and desserts (save room for their soft serve ice cream). They also have a window where you can get pizza by the slice or a tasty dessert to go. My lady and I started with a couple drinks; Cappone chianti for her, Other Half Forever Ever IPA for me. For our pizza, we ordered an 18" with sausage and mushrooms. Even though they were busy, we didn't wait long at all, and the pizza was truly delicious. This is NY style done RIGHT! And yep, I had another Forever Ever IPA while my lady had a Willajory Pinot Noir as we had more pizza. We'll absolutely be coming here again!

This new spot from the crowd pleasers that brought you Delwood and Parkside is going to shake things up in the pizza rankings. Perfectly crispy crust, but still a foldable, delicious thin pizza. A carefully selected small list of beers. Soft serve. Carry out window. This small spot (they say there are only 22 seats) is going to attract a big crowd. Put your name on the list and grab a cocktail around Mt. Lookout while you wait. It will be worth it!

Maybe I'm bias but everything the Delwood and Parkside teams touch is just perfection! But really you have to go and check out Guardia, because you won't be disappointed. It's a smaller location so there are limit seats, but lucky for us takeout and orders by the slice are all options. We lucked out and got a table! Then grabbed drinks, since they have a full bar. From there we went in for the Guardia Salad as a starter and ordered a half Buratta and half pepperoni pizza. Let's just say we almost cleaned our plates of everything, but the burratta was just *chefs kiss!!!! Then with the little room we had left we finished our night with a little soft serve ice cream. This place is added in our rotation of favorite spots!

Been to Guardia quite a few times and Love the pizza and atmosphere. This time we made the decision to also order the chocolate chip cookie and it did not disappoint. I would recommend grabbing some awesome pizza a cold beer and a cookie for after or before.

Quality ingredients, light and airy crust, and cooked with a slight crunch and a light char. Excellent! Highly recommend!

Been searching for a great pizza spot in Cincy for a while and this is it! Grabbed a to go order on a busy Friday night with no problems. Convenient pickup window right on the outside of the building, inside looked very cool too. Pizza was great. Classic New York style, thin and crispy. Hot honey pepp was my favorite. Will definitely be back!

They did their research for the pizza and it shows. The crust is light and airy but holds up. The ranch is amazing, everything is fresh and you can watch them cook right in front of you. Service was friendly and fast. Chill vibes overall, small inside but it gives you that old school slice shop vibe. I would say the pizza is an 8.1 out of 10 for flavor. We will be back!

If you're looking to get a chicken bacon ranch pizza, Guardia is the place to go. I went to Guardia twice now I got in there. I felt like I was in Manhattan. I sat down. I got a peroni I felt like I was Tony soprano drinking that beer. The servers are great. The pizza is top-tier. The meatball was spectacular. Tony soprano would've fallen on the ground. The chocolate chip cookies were so good. I had to come back later with my buddies to try it again.

Pizza is amazing. I've always loved DelWood for their burgers and yuka fries and this place is fantastic as well.

I don't really have words to describe it. They only have one size pizza and, at first, I thought it was huge. However, the flavor was so amazing I kept wanting more. Hubs and I did a half and half pizza. His half was the Alms Park and my half was bacon and pineapple. I probably could have eaten a whole pizza by myself. The blend of cheeses and their sauce - so stinking good. We also got a house salad to split. Being that this was to go - they gave us the main salad in one container with their house made croutons in a separate container and their house made vinaigrette in a separate container - it keeps everything fresh and crisp! The croutons were so delicious and fresh! On top of that, the vinaigrette was amazing. We both fell in love with it. We walked in and ordered instead of placing online or calling. The service was AMAZING! We decided to wait in our car and they walked it out to us! They were amazingly friendly and wonderful. Their pizza isn't the cheapest pizza around but it was worth the money we spent. This won't be an every week visit, but definitely a new favorite. While this location is carry-out only, it was very welcoming. They also sell bottles of wine and had signs talking about them. It was a very neat little local place. I'd like to actually try their new location where we can eat in! Do yourself a favor and try this place.

We had better service here than most "normal" sit down restaurants. And the food...not one item we have tried was bad, the vast majority have been the best in their category. Best mozzarella sticks: it's obvious it's a higher quality mozz than whatever everyone else uses. Crispy perfection! Best GF/cauliflower pizza: lots of toppings to choose from (though somehow chicken isn't an option on DD) and again, from the mushrooms to the sauce, you can taste the difference. They make the sauces in house! According to my husband, best Chicken Parm he has had since moving here! You get a healthy portion. And...best cannoli in the area! Growing up in a predominantly Italian and Polish area, I have been lucky to have REALLY good Italian pastries...and their cannoli was reminiscent of those times. This has been the ONLY cannoli in the greater Cincy area that is worth consuming, IMO. All in all, we would dine in at Il Gusto constantly, if we lived closer. Glad they're on DoorDash though! If you are in the Kenwood area, and want a break from the chaos and crowds, Il Gusto is close by!

We had 4 different servers checking on us, but never at efficient times. We wouldn't see anyone for 15 minutes and then they'd all check on us at once. There was a younger boy working that was walking around with longer hair and he kept ruffling his hair as he walked through the restaurant which was off-putting. The food was exceptional; we started with the meatballs which we devoured too fast for a picture. The supreme pizza was phenomenal and our group of four couldn't even finish the large. The restaurant was clean and comfortable. They have outside seating, which could be nice in the right weather, though the area is just feet from the main drag. Our server was fine. I have no real recollection of them. We ordered a deep dish, looking to find a pizza as good as Zachary's in California. Bourbon House Pizza is not as good as Zachary's, but it is the best deep dish pizza we've tried in the Cincinnati area since we've been back in Cincinnati since 2021. We made our own pizza in an attempt to match our favorite - spinach and mushrooms. It was good. I enjoyed the sauce on top. Under the sauce, the cheese was very thick making the overall taste of the pizza very cheesy. We had a similarly cheese deep dish in Chicago. Our pizza at Bourbon House was better. I will say the crust is thick. I would have eaten the crust if there had only been two pieces per person. Since I was faced with potentially eating four pieces, I opted to skip the crust. One of our group asked if she could order from the kid's menu. The server had no issue with the request. Oddly enough, her meal was huge! We were all surprised it was a kid's meal. Our fourth ordered a small pizza. It looked like it had pineapple on it. I didn't ask how it was, but he ate every bite. It must have been a small and it was the perfect single serving size. Oh... we ordered a medium deep dish. It was eight pieces and was too much for two people. Because we were going to a show after dinner, we didn't box up the leftover two pieces. This size pizza would be great for four people to share. We will continue to look for great deep dish pizza, but we definitely found a good one at Bourbon House Pizza.

We were surprised at the presentation and at the lack of flavor but assumed that the pizza would be amazing! based on what we had read and heard - but were incredibly disappointed. The pizza was flavorless and Incredibly greasy. Our impression is that this must be a great location for college students or those who have enjoyed their drinking experience and need some grease to sober them up and don't mind what they are eating. We were very let down in our experience and the lack of professionalism from the employee who seemed to think that since he was in the speakeasy, he didn't need to be professional.
