When you search for someone to do your floors you have to realize that you are investing on the performance and reliability of the manager and technicians As well as the product itself. The men that did my floor were pleasant respectful and arrived on time worked really hard and completed the job. The next day after paying I have discovered a concern which I then brought to the manager Ray. He brought his team out and worked on the floor again on the weekend, their day off, and redid the entire job due to a cement defect that unsuspected. They literally redid the entire garage floor from the beginning again! Not only that, because of the inconvenience, Ray returned next day to help me move cabinets back into the garage. Way way way beyond the call of duty. If I could invest in a company with managers/employees like this then i would as I have no doubt that because of the quality of work, the quality of product, and the quality of the people employed they can only succeed. read more

I had my garage floor done about 3 years ago. They offered a lifetime warranty. The coating began lifting after less than 2 years, but they said sorry and would do nothing. I contacted Guardian and they were out with an estimate that was less than the original company. I gave them the job. The crew showed up as scheduled (2 former Marines) and proceeded to do the job, they were typical Marines, very focused, doing the job as you would expect the Marines to do it. Very disappointed in the cleanup that they did after finishing both my garage and patio. 86 days ago they finished the project and a major spill that they did on our paved street remains. they have made NO effort to clean it up. I called multiple times and they even sent someone out to look at it. They said they would clean it up. STILL NOT DONE since September 9, 2020. read more
