They (owner Dane Jackson) refused to back it for a quality swap-out, and lied to me at the counter, and said that he would have to contact a product REP, as an excuse to refuse to help a long time customer. They actually have a 15 day written complaint system, unknown to the customer (not displayed), and do NOT have a company built on trust, do NOT believe in quality products or doing things the right way every time, as they (family owners Jim Jackson, Dane Jackson) mention on their website. A $2,400 candelabra, a Smeg toaster, an excellent selection of flatware, tablecloths and glassware... pretty pajamas, $90 votive candles... But what to do if you want to know the price of that set of Wedgewood china, or the Rialto flatware? Prices are missing on so so many objects. And you cannot find a staff member... And you only have so much time before you need to meet mom for lunch. Ah well. Many of us are trying to ween ourselves off of online shopping. Hopefully corporate reads these reviews and uses it as an opportunity to hire different managers and/or train the staff better at this location. This has been a longstanding problem at this location but is NOT a problem at the other Breed & Company locations.

I was referred to this business for warranty work on a Milwaukee drill. The drill was dropped off 2…read moreweeks ago. The guy working the counter said the turnaround time was 1 week but could take 2 weeks. I called them today to check on the status of the drill and the guy who took my phone call was incredibly rude. He asked for my ticket number and I told him unfortunately I didn't have it with me. His reply was an audible sigh. After searching for my info he said that warranty work hadn't been started yet. So I asked if he could provide me an ETA for the repair and he replied "what does it matter, it's free to you". This guy apparently doesn't realize that these tools are how people make their money. If I need any tools or repair work in the future I will go somewhere else.

Super patient with him walking through his project, giving him a quote, working on a re-quote, and when the price still wasn't in the dad budget, helped him select some useable parts from the scrap area to work towards what he needed. And when they learned he was just starting out, they said "hold on, we've got some scrap that's too small to sell" and handed him a box with about 10 pounds of small parts and told him to go practice... which he did." (He managed to build a nightstand like table with them... not bad!)
