Update 24 Dec 2020…read more If you want a good company, go with First Gen Pest Solutions. First Gen Pest Solutions was awesome. When I called and explained the issue and where I was located he said I doubt it's wildlife cause you aren't near any tall trees or power poles that would enable access. Well huh, someone actually knowledgeable. He came out and inspected from top to bottom and found evidence of mice. Took pics to show me. He came up with a plan of attack and over the last couple of months he caught a couple and eradicated the others. Now I hear nothing and he was reasonably priced. Unless Mr. Harris plans on giving me a refund for the maintenance plan, I have nothing to say to him. After the fact he says he "ALWAYS strives for excellence"...two words - bovine defecation. He was adamant about not even inspecting the space. If you have to force someone to do their job, where's the EXCELLENCE? I wasn't going to argue with him which is where the convo was going. First Gen found evidence right on the ledge of the attic door so if Harris had come out and looked he wouldn't have needed to even go up in the attic.

Because of Barefoot Pest Control's extensive knowledge and effective pest control techniques, we no longer have an onslaught of pests, especially ants. I would highly recommend this service to anyone. Words to describe this company would be courteous, efficient, timely, and effective.
