Gucci is what we came to Woodbury commons for! Most people seem to come to Woodbury for the same reason, and that is Gucci. There is always a ludicrously long line out the door, so expect to wait more than thirty minutes, or come early enough that you can get in first. After waiting in line, you or your party will be let in at a certain point, then you're in the Gucci outlet! Clean, lots of mirrors, well lit, good for taking selfies, and big. It's crowded, with young people, rapper-esque types, bored kids on their parents phones, and hypebeasts clad in Supreme, Off-White, Bape, and Gucci. You have your typical Gucci stuff, e.g. the slides, the belt, the tiger, snake, and "L'Aveungle Par Amour" stuff. Then you have the stuff that you haven't seen before that isn't as popular. The shoe section is always crowded. The prices are insane but the original prices are even more ridiculous if you look online and in standard stores. If you're getting your first Gucci item or a Gucci item as a gift I would get something small like the card case, iPhone cover, a watch, if you're more "experienced" get shoes, a belt, a bag or clothing if you REALLY want to pay the big bucks. Expect a long line at the register, and you will walk out with a huge smile on your face or relieved from trying not to punch the hype beast in front of you because he's buying 100,000 different things and can't stop trying to haggle. Walk out happy, congrats, you just bought Gucci. Now try not to put down the bag when you gaze wistfully at the Louis Vuitton store after you realize the knit starter jacket with a tiger on it was much less "high fashion" and more "weird high school from a music video". The worst service ever! Cash register is a total MESS! Not only did they keep putting items that weren't mine in to my purchase and charging me for it they also send me wrong items to my home and charged me for the ones I wanted. When trying to call the store no one ever picks up so the keys is.... waiting until they do, which can take up to 20 minutes. When finally a voice answer beg that they don't leave you on hold for another 30 minutes. The best excuses for poor service that I received was that they were busy! What a joke! I believe that every costumer should get impeccable or some what decent service when purchasing items that are $500-$1000 a piece if not more. This store is an embarrassment to the brand even if it's an outlet store, that's no excuse. Always look over all your purchases, check your receipt, make sure they ship the right items, unless you don't mind the madness. Happy Shopping! :) read more

We we're going in an, it was our first time so we didn't know anything so we didn't know ur had to get a reservation before you go into the dressing room . we went in 3 girls and a lady knocks. she says this room is reserved and we apologize. but before unlocking the doors ourselves the worker unlocks it herself. one of us was half naked forced to get out of dressing room. never coming here again.Also while shopping we were given rude looks from workers who seemed so rude. worst gucci experience EVER! read more

Giving this review because my SA was absolutely amazing. The Gucci outlet is a hit or miss. Sometimes the items are rare bags at a great price, sometimes they are just meh bags. The first SA I dealt with gave me this vibe that she was impatient. She said she would be back and left me waiting for a significant amount of time before I could look at a bag. My second SA who took over though was absolutely amazing. Cordial, attentive, simply pleasant to deal with. So really, your experience of the place will depend on what the store carries that day, and who attends to you. read more

They seemed overwhelmed and understaffed. That was not a great shopping experience for sure. It was such a different experience compared to the regular Gucci stores that have nice and helpful staff. The sales person was rude and refused to help me when I asked to try on more shoes. He said he brought me already two pair and got annoyed when I reminded him he never got me the third pair I asked for. After being ignored for a while I asked another sales person to help me. I was told I have to wait for the person who helped me before. Fed up I asked the manager for help. She was short and rude with me too saying that he's the only one right now in the women's shoe department and I have to wait. Finally after waiting for another 15 min a sales associate came and helped. She was far from friendly but at least got the shoes I asked for. My husband was in the men's department and was totally ignored. It took him 20 min to get help. This place badly needs new management. We used to shop at the outlet in Secaucas for years, everyone there was so nice and helpful. read more

I zipped up to the Gucci outlet after dropping my parents at Newark Airport and spotted a beautiful dress for my summer '19 wedding. I looked at it quickly, but without looking at the price tag, decided I wouldn't look good in it and it was probably too expensive. Upon my return home, I was bummed I didn't try it on. So I called them and a very nice salesperson, Kian, helped locate the dress, texted me photos of it, and put it on hold for me. Kian was off on the day I went back with my 15-year old daughter. A super nice salesperson, Alexandra, went to find the dress. What followed was a mini [iPhone] photo session and 'fitting' with my daughter, Alexandra, and another salesperson, Kiriaki. Both Alexandra and Kiriaki were amazing in that they made me super comfortable, offered suggestions, including accessorizing with shoes and jewelry that complimented the dress; the experience was fun and encouraging and felt as if I were trying dresses with two of my friends & my daughter. Not only did I find my non-conventional wedding dress (I AM a huge Gucci fan), but whenever I come back to the outlet, I will look for Alexandra and Kiriaki to help me. Absolute worst place to shop. I've shopped in multiple designer stores at Woodbury Commons and non-outlet. This is by far the worst experience I have ever had. I've had a better experience at Target than this place. This is not what one would expect from a Luxury designer. I purchased a purse from here and drove home. I carried the purse for one day from my car to the office and that's it. The chain on the purse broke without any strain or long wear. I'm extremely disappointed. I've never had this happen with a luxury brand purse or any purse for that matter. I understand this is an outlet, but this wouldn't even happen with a Michael Kors purse. The purse was so cheaply made and not what one would expect after spending $1,200.00. As everyone else has stated, I've called multiple times and no one picks up and the voicemail is full. I've called the corporate office and was told they will email the outlet in hopes that they call me. The receptionist didn't seem in the least bit surprised of what happened or that the outlet doesn't pick up their phone. Definitely stay away from here at all costs!!!! Came straight from the airport after a red eye flight and must not have been looking "Gucci" enough for the sales & security people here. Not only did they not give me the time of day (not so much as a "Hi" when I walked in) but the security guard followed me around (mind you I am a 5'4" 20 year old girl) and made me feel as though I was being closely watched. Now I understand the concerns of a store like this, but the security guard was not keeping an eye on me so much as literally following behind me. I may not look like I have the money to purchase anything at Gucci, but rest assured, I do and due to the terrible attitude and behavior of ALL the staff at this store, I took my business elsewhere (to Givenchy to be exact) where I received impeccable service and will now be a lifetime customer. Gucci did not just lose my one measly sale, but an entire lifetime of sales, so I advise you not to come in here unless you're looking your Sunday best and with a visibly open wallet. read more

Horrible customer service at the Woodbury Commons Gucci Outlet! The people (associates) act as if they didn't want to work there, no one asked if I needed help. Additionally, they put the wrong color scarf in my bag and then refused to exchange it, saying someone just bought it ??? WTF it had only been 30 seconds. Most importantly, they don't have most of the signature items you will want to find at the Gucci Outlet in Central Valley NY. Dont go there fellas looking for a basic t-shirt or polo, or even a "double GG" buckled belt, sorry not gonna happen. I would avoid; prices aren't bad though. read more

There were many high end stores surrounding the Gucci outlet but they roped off the entrance and they made us wait outside in the cold which was ridiculous. They had two rude security guards who acted like like they were guarding the Hope diamond. not even worth the time outside. Prada, Fendi, Reed Krakoff staff were very nice. Would not go back. Horrible, low quality crap with labels attached. Selection is terrible, service is reminiscent of visiting a Soviet Russia supermarket - say thank you they don't curse you out for shopping there. I live near here so this is my shopping place. As stated service is sub par. You have to demand the sales people help you the way you need help. It's only when they find you're going to purchase they become nicer. The quality of items ranges from high to low end. They do have items just for the outlet, however those items are not poor quality. It's actual Gucci material. All the colors and materials used are of Gucci. If you want a cheap one of a kind its there. On the other hand if you'd like the highest end item it's also there. Since I use my bags as everyday bags I don't put a lot of money into my Gucci items. And since its Gucci its lasts and lasts. read more
