The pricing was really good, and I would recommend for anyone replacing their cabinets or installing new ones. The only reason I chose a different company, is because my space really needed a custom job. I plan on moving in a couple of years and suspect we will be replacing the cabinets. I would have given them the business. Brian, who was the representative contractor working at the company, and may even be the owner, could not have been more disorganized and disrespectful in his interactions. Anybody who behaves like this from what appears to be a successful company, doesn't deserve business. Feel free to contact me and I can let you know reasonable alternatives whom we eventually gave the business to. We were delighted with the quality, but more importantly the business transaction and professionalism. I will stress I am evaluating this company clearly on their professionalism, and client management. Consumers need to be aware. I make no claims about the work they did before I purchased the property. Overall, a massive disappointment.

We have a home Choice Cabinets in the kitchen and laundry room. I am not sure if they are the…read morehighest quality, I know that within the Choice selection they do not seem to be the "Top of the Line", but they are holding up quite well and are very attractive. We recently had three under counter cabinet drawers that were not closing and were making a little ping noise. When I removed the drawers I could see that a little gray plastic part was broken. I was not sure how that affected the closing of the drawer, but it clearly was not right. I found Choice Cabinets online and called the home office totally expecting this to be a hassle. Not so, the operator transferred me to a person who looked up my address and took down my information, and in a matter of ten of fifteen minutes said she would sen out replacement hardware that should arrive in about a week. Three days later the three now rails arrived. They were easy to replace, maybe ten to fifteen minutes each and the draws work perfectly again. BTW, they are the same hardware but the closing mechanism is a little different, so I suspect they have been improved over the other design. It was great experience to have the manufacturer stand behind their product.

They made the delivery exactly as they promised on the revised date and was very responsive in replacing a door that had a small ding on a corner. Let me start off by saying that this review is based on my experience only and may not reflect on…read morethe company as a whole. What experience I had may not be the same for someone else. Initially met and asked for a contract for a $130,000 remodel (including his $15,000 project management fee). Joseph (Joey) A. Mannarino said he doesn't do contracts but would sign one if I furnished one. Okay? Had to hire a law firm to draft up a remodeling contract, ate that expense. 3 months later, contract breached. Did not meet deadline. By the time I terminated the contract, it it was 77% complete at ~$155,000 (supposed to be 100% completion at $130,000). Exceeded budget by tens of thousands of dollars and did not even finish the job. Designed all of my cabinetry and ordered it without sending to me for approval. Tried to bill me for work not approved and work that they had to fix for their error. Installed the wrong marble in my bathroom and then gave me a referral to another contractor to fix it because they don't fix marble finishes. Had to pay that cost too. I would need to write a novel to explain all of the errors they made. Those are just the major ones. As a courtesy, I sent them same day or next day payments for $XX,XXX.XX. Eventually it got to an episode where they sent me an invoice, and 3-4 hours later sent me an email, text, and phone calls trying to find me to get a check. But the invoice always said due in 30 days. I eventually resorted to mailing them a check because I could not tolerate this type of unprofessionalism anymore. When I terminated the contract and fired them, I then asked them for the accounting to justify overages, the subcontractor lien waivers, and the final invoice as a condition to final payment. They held them hostage demanding more money, even after telling them they exceeded the contract maximum. To add more insult, when I asked for the final invoice for the third time, they decided to respond by filing a lien on my house. Yes, you read that correctly. They breached the contract, I fired them, they asked for more money even after exceeding the contract max, I asked for the final documents and invoice as a condition to final payment to close out the contract, and then they decide to file a lien on my house. I hired a law firm and there is now pending litigation which you can find publicly online: http://phoenix.lakecountyohio.gov/eservices/home.page.2. Also, they've been fighting very hard to get all of my reviews removed from the internet. On Home Advisor, they disputed my review to get it removed, and when I furnished the proof of documents to Home Advisor, they reinstated my review. TBF then publicly commented a reply and said, "We are very sorry a customer feels this way. We do everything we can for customers to have a positive experience. We have reached out to this customer to rectify any concerns they may have." They NEVER reached out to me to rectify any concerns after that review was posted. They also disputed my review on the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and said they don't have any records of doing business with me. Firenza Stone "does not have any record of doing business with me" even though I bought $40,000 worth of materials from their showroom in Willoughby though right? I live in an upscale area that is home to many professionals. I was very surprised to hear that many of them have already been told by others of their experiences with TBF. I wish I had had the opportunity to speak with my neighbors before buying my house in Ohio and immediately handing the keys to TBF to remodel it before I moved in. To date, I have not heard from them. This is how they treated me after spending over $100,000 cash with them.

I had someone I know get material from their and the shingles were junk water damaged from sitting outside and when he open the 2nd pack it had Algae growing on it. He gets the felt from overseas it's made in India gets it very cheap and then jacks the price. You want molded boxes of resisto or ice and water theirs plenty of that there. The place is very disorganized to like serious lack of communication. Also he can't keep work and home life separated has issues in his marriage was sleeping with his secretary and got caught by his wife at work in the truck so what's that tell ya about how he treats his female employees! This dude has no respect for other people. Told me I was a safety risk and fired me while he was in Texas at a business convention was not even mad enough to fire me in person and his reason for firing me was a crop of shit. I found out after the fact he fired me beocuse I stood up for myself and did not take his verbal abuse and getting in my face he got mad Becouse he could not get away with the way he treated me like he treated other employees. I busted my ass when I worked their made sure job orders were build and stayed late sometimes to make sure materials were sent out on semis on time for customers! He makes himself look good but on the inside he treats his employees like they are unvalued team members!

The mess of dust that was left in one of the bathrooms was ridiculous, it was literally caked to the countertops. I spoke to others who've had their floors refinished and none of them reported any significant amount of cleaning. If they had cleaned up after themselves as well as they had serviced the floors then I would absolutely recommend them. However, I cannot with the amount of time that I had to spend cleaning up after the job. Update: I keep finding unpleasant surprises from these guys. Just came across some brush spray marks from the floor stain behind one of the doors.

After receiving the emailed estimate, I called him to confirm when he would be able to start and he was able to begin the very next day. He told me the job would take 2 days and it did. The original contractor has left town and suggested that I contact Mike at Artisan Design Group, I was told that the two companies had a falling out, and that they were not willing to look at or assist me with. I am confidant that they were paid for the installation. I had no contract with Artisan Design Group, yet am disappointed that they will not stand behind their work. With that being said, I am writing this review because I feel that potential customers should be aware of a poor installation process involving the tile (I've been told that the tile is shifting from lack of being installed correctly).
