Most unreliable business owner i have ever met. Elias Coss will come off as a great guy but when your flooring starts chipping and separating and breaking off in chunks causing your young kids to cut their feet on the sharp edges he'll take months to get back to you if at all. After finally getting him to come back out, (which took nearly a year), he advised me that our flooring had been discontinued due to the poor quality. He took pictures and advised me a couple of months later the floor had been approved to be replaced by the company he purchased it from. After him not responding again for months I decided to go to the Company he told me he got the flooring from and try and take care of it myself. After going there and mentioning his name and explaining to them the details I was then told they had no idea what I was talking about and that my flooring didn't come from them. I then contacted and sent pictures of the damaged floor to Mannington (flooring brand company) and they said if I could provide them with proof of where the floor came from they would replace it as it was under a 25 year warranty. I spent another 3/6 months messaging Elias and leaving him voice messages asking him to please provide me the name of where he purchased the floor from so I could have Mannington replace it. Elias never provided me any information and ghosted me which was despicable and beyond disappointing. After looking back I realized he did not even provide me with a receipt or a job number as we paid him cash. After months passing and him still ignoring my messages I decided to seek legal representation and an active lien has been placed on his business. read more
