If this review was solely on the food, it would probably be five stars; however, it's for the total experience. We walked in, no one else in sight there were dirty tables and chairs askew. No one at the counter. Half a minute or so later the gentleman steps out from the kitchen area looking really tired. He took our order of a Buffalo chicken pizza, onion rings, and a small chef salad with a full order of wings to go. My wife picked out a bottle of soda and I ordered a bottle of beer asking if there were cups available for the soda and beer? That was a big negative. There is no soda fountain. Our meal came out relatively quickly! When they made their delivery of our salad and onion rings, they finally cleared the dirty table, but left chairs everywhere. I must say the small chef salad was delicious! Though it was iceberg lettuce it was still very tasty. The onion rings were hot, crisp and yummy as well! We were nearly finished with the salad when the pizza arrived. Must say the pizza was very well done! The crust was fairly spectacular and the toppings very tasty too. There seemed to be an employee at the counter after a while, but he was so engrossed with his phone and playing video games with a couple of youngsters at the counter. He could have instead be straightening the dining room Up. If this was just about the food it would be five stars but everything in total brings it down to three stars. read more

The only positive thing I can say is that delivery was prompt- 30 minutes after I placed the order. But things went downhill quickly after that. Though the food order was correct, they ignored my request for paper plates and napkins. It's hard to eat pizza without these items which I'm sure the restaurant has. Also- I ordered two bottles of soda and explicitly stated what types I wanted. Oh well- they got it 50% correct. As for the food- the cheesy garlic bread was 7-8 pieces of bread that had a small amount of butter (?) spread on it and an equally small amount of mozzarella cheese, which partially covered about 4 or 5 of those pieces. As for the garlic- I would have never guessed that it was present by the taste. The pizza looked ok- I had ordered a medium pizza with garlic, onions, and sausage. There was a tiny amount of (red!) onion on the pizza. The garlic was again MIA. Now there was a decent amount of sausage on the pizza but it was the dreaded "pellet" type of sausage. The worst type. The sauce was present but rather bland- could use the basic seasonings. And the crust was doughy and bread-like. Much too heavy for my taste. All in all- quite a disappointment. read more

Ordered two pizzas to go to be eaten later. I warmed them on pizza stones in the oven, 350 about 15 mins. They were amazing and all my guests asked me where I got them. Of course I told them! The Food is disgusting asf. The employees and the owner are scumbags. Don't order unless you want burnt food, the wrong thing in the bag (if you order for delivery). I ordered a burger and fries and it was 11 dollars and something, rather go to McDonald's for something cheaper. Everytime we order over the phone for delivery they fuck up the order everytime. We went in about 10pm, stayed until about 11:15, and it was a great time. Great food, especially the guidos fries, the staff and service was excellent, and it was a very calm, easy going establishment. The speed was also nice, only took 15 minutes for us to be served after ordering. 10/10 for everything. read more

Ordered a carry out pizza on June 21st at around 8:30pm and they made it with the wrong toppings but wanted me to buy it anyway. I had them make me the right one and had to wait longer and pay more. Driving around in slushy snow, we decided a meal on our 8 hr drive was in order. So we stopped by in Guido's and had ourselves a meatball submarine. It was really delicious. The guy working there was nice enough to give us them as halves in separate containers with a side of chips. Awesome! We even had a cute fireplace (faux) to look as we ate our delicious subs. We've ordered for a few years for an adult with disabilities who resides nearby in an adult facility & today the person who answers the phone is rude & just plain awful. He cursed two of us ladies over the phone when we asked where the food was because the recipient called us & said he hadn't received his delivery. Everyone needs to know that an employee at Guido's used a racial slur to a customer (the n-word) and when the victim complained to the owner, he lied and said the culprit didn't work there. The person did (and still does) work there and the owner did nothing. Racist comments have no place in our community and business owners have a responsibility to fire any employee who uses them. I've ordered here a half a dozen times while in town and not once have they got my order right, they forget things and I've gotten burnt food, and I pre-pay with a credit card and put a tip on for the driver and tonight I asked the driver if he included a fork and knife and he said "probably not" even though I specifically asked for it. I am now giving up on them when traveling here, it's not that hard to remember what I asked for and I would hope they would make sure the food wasn't burnt before delivering... read more
