Selection is a bit smaller than other malatang places nearby but they do have the popular toppings such as beef, pork, fish, tripe, squid, spam, and a variety of fishballs and vegetables. The variety of broth is good and I chose the signature beef bone broth in spicy but they didn't add the spiciness. The broth was not too salty and it was creamy. The portion size is a good size. The ingredients are also much better quality, fresher, cleaner, with some varieties that other places don't offer. And they don't purposely soak the ingredients in water to add extra weight that makes you pay more. The condiments bar is limited BUT to be fair you really don't need extra condiments because the soup itself is more than enough. That's the whole point of Malatang anyway!!!
