When our family member came out of the hospital, Dr. Li went through the notes and the medication list in great detail. She questioned various changes to the medications. She followed up with other physicians. She even gave me her cell phone. When I had questions, I texted her - and she quickly responded. As a result, I ended up changing my own primary care physician to Dr. Li. My experiences were again just just as amazing. In one case, she had prescribed antibiotics to me. I lost the medication partway through, and I texted her on a weekend. She quickly got back to me and had a replacement prescription phoned in to the pharmacy. I was so apologetic to bother her on the weekend, but she was so kind and helpful. Now, what really makes her practice stand out, on top of this, is her friendly and caring staff. I never feel as though I am treated as just another number. Her staff is just as kind, caring and friendly. Regarding wait times - you often find doctors who grossly overbook patients and you wait for hours. I have not experienced that here. Today, I needed an emergency appointment (Memorial Day weekend). Scheduled an appt online for my daughter to get tested today and she went there and the office was closed. I called the pharmacy and was told they didn't know anything. She gave me the main number to the Kaga Institute which is in Marlboro. There was no answer the first time. I called an hour later and asked about this location and was told oh sorry the office is closed today. Apparently they only have one person working and she couldn't go into the office today. So you have no coverage? I said that at least they could have the pharmacy post a sign or advise people who call that the office is closed. But all she could say was sorry. I won't go back here. That is unprofessional, in my opinion. Just very frustrating

A scheme to fleece patients into paying a fee REGARDLESS of the type of insurance you have. We have awesome insurance that covers everything. So my insurance will pay the practice top dollar and receive this fee for what? For doing what they are supposed to do. We will be happily leaving to find a descent practitioner of medicine that wont see us as dollar signs but rather human beings. Best of luck to everyone.

How disgusting is this that they are doing this and basically dumping all their patients that have been there for over 15 years. They should have just said they were closing their offices and only taking on patients who can pay the concierge services. They are not a high end doctors office nor is the office appearance upscale. This is outrageous they are pushing the low or middle class out. Oh and also their solution if you can't get in for an appointment is to go to a medical express walk in. That's how important their patients are to them! I am again very disappointed in this direction they are headed.
