Ever since I found this place it's close to me and very convenient and I don't have to travel 30 minutes just to get strings. I took in my fender Meteora for an action adjustment and he helped me with it very quickly and professionally. I don't believe there are any other stores (in the world?) that combine vintage cars and vintage guitars under one roof, but I always thought they were similar in spirit. When I bought my Dakota red telecaster from 1965, I admit that I also pictured a Dakota red classic Mustang from a similar era. I was actually in the market for a new acoustic and with the help of Jeff, tried a number of the new guitars for sale. I didn't buy one that day because I was still looking and visiting stores in south Florida. I think more than any purchase, you have to physically play a guitar to see if it fits you and the sound is appealing. I suppose a lot of people collect guitars without the intent to play them and that's fine, too. The cars are pretty impressive - reminded me of James Bond movies. And the wide range of electric and acoustic guitars are equally impressive; every one of the them has a story to tell. They also sell used and new amplifiers and other merch (including a Cafe!); I'm thinking of bringing in my amplifier for consignment.

Yeah, that escalated quickly. Then they throw in collectible vinyl just to really test your self-control. Come on now. We were quickly greeted by staff and pointed right where the strings were at. They were very nice. Once we got what we were looking for, we took a look around. The store is really nice. They have a variety of instruments set up including electric drums, and guitars that you can test out. They also offer lessons which you can sign up for which is really cool. You can also rent equipment for events!

I went to the repair section and the technician was awesome. He told what needed to get done. Basically we replaced the nut and needed to file it to level the new strings. Basically took 20 mins which I chilled at the acoustic guitar area where I was able to try out a variety amount of guitars. I ended up wanting a Martin guitar which I could be back to pickup. But the tech was so helpful and did a terrific job. I wish I remembered his name but I'll be back. Highly recommend this place and everything was organized and everyone is so helpful.

Was sold a guitar advertised in mint condition. Item arrived in at best "good" condition with many…read moredents, scratched, and even some severe chips. Owner refused a partial refund despite being presented with a formal appraisal showing I was overcharged by 33%. Owner demanded in the case of return I simply mail him the guitar and he'd refund me if he agreed it was in the same condition it had been in when sold. Meaning it is at his discretion how much, if any, refund I would receive. Prior to this the owner withdrew from a layaway contract without notice or refund and advised I would receive a refund "maybe this week" ($1800 at that time). Upon my insistence he retrieved the guitar and completed the transaction, and repeatedly stated he had done me a favor in doing so. Deceitful conduct throughout and refusal to remedy. Unacceptable business practices.
