My youngest started coming to Dr. Carter around the age of 10. He recommended a 3 phase treatment plan for her braces, and offered an a great affordable price of one deposit cost and monthly payments and no interest change. My daughter had a small jaw/mouth and there was simply no room for her adult teeth to come out and this would delay her baby teeth from falling out on their own as well. Phase one was an expander for 6 months. Phase two were braces for about one year. After phase two my youngest was given time with no braces to let her adult teeth grow out more. Phase three was the last set of braces again. I was very happy with the outcome of my youngest smile and glad I chose Dr. Carter's office for my daughter's orthodontic journey. Office staff members were very pleasant, outgoing, & friendly. They always had a way of making my youngest comfortable during their care, as well as Dr. Carter very professional & friendly. The orthodontic office is fairly small but I never had to wait long periods of time in their lobby. All my appointments were completed in a timely manner. Getting through a staff member for phone calls was about the only issue I had throughout the time my youngest receive care, but they were good about eventually returning my call. read more

I can't say enough about Dr. Carter. He has been treating my grandson who has over 8 congenitally missing teeth, which posed many challenges. He never gave up. My grandson had two phases of conventional braces and another phase of Invisalign. Dr. Carter has been so caring and compassionate with my grandson and eased all apprehension. In the final phase, Dr. Carter worked closely with our endodontist who recently placed several implants, and general dentist who will do the final crowns. Both of my kids had braces and the experience was as positive as it possibly could be. My son has Autism/ADHD and the entire staff was always exceptionally patient and said just the right things to make him comfortable. We had to pivot the treatment a bit when he wouldn't wear his bands and Dr Carter was so compassionate and understanding and had a back up plan ready. Dr. Carter is an amazing Ortho. He does take a more conservative approach and does not feel pushy. You get a sense of honest dedication here. His front office was very kind and welcoming. His assistant that was there during the consult made my son feel comfortable. For example, my kid was working on a word puzzle and she got him a clipboard.
