Great prices and tires swapped out same day which was awesome. Only issue is after buying new tires and having them balanced, after driving off the lot truck began to shake at any speed over 45mph. I had to re-balance the tires, and was told by another shop that the wrong type of weights were used and every time was out of balance. Also when I checked PSI after pulling off lot, each tire was inflated to some random number... Good price and but would hope that they double check that tires are balanced and inflated properly next time. read more

Just got back from Gulab's. Because I live in Frankford I basically have to pass Goodyear on 26 so I went there 1st. All I needed was 2 tires taken off (with rims) and 2 tires (already on rims) put back on. Goodyear said they could schedule me for Wednesday (today is Monday). With an impact wrench (they have, I don't) this is maybe a 10 minute job. So, I went to Gulab's because they have always taken care of me in the past. Needless to say they did a great job and had me back on the road quickly. I only wish they also provided mechanic type services as well. read more

This place restores hope in finding honest car care again! I had come after a few raving reviews from close friends. I walked in expecting to purchase new tires but was told my tires were in good shape and after a few patches, they should last me a long time. After being prepared to spend a few hundred... walking out with $30 patches felt pretty good! The guys were courteous... and after driving back and forth from NY to DE with no further problems, I can now say that they def know their stuff. I went there to get a patch on one of my tires. while I was there not only could they not fix it but they scratched my rim. there were scratches on every spoke all the way around the outside of the rim. I spoke with the manager and he told me to take it in so he could take a look at it. when I got there and asked for him, he came from the back wreaking or marijuana. at the end of our discussion he told me that he didn't have to do anything and was unwilling to help. read more

Grown men that act like teenage boys at a park. Zero Customer Service attitude. Zero sense of communication. Yes, tires are good prices but the lack of etiquette is more frustrating. Many cars pulled up the 4 hours that I was there and each time a car pulled up (were NOT customers), the workers would leave with them, not once or twice, but yes multiple times and including the owner's son! It looked shady. And the office area is filled with flies. SMH. read more
