I spoke to David, the owner of TAMPA PAVER SEALING. who came the next day after another job for an estimate. To do the job right, instead of just pressure washing and sealing, he suggested and then meticulously stripped the layers of old seal and discoloration off, pressure washed and then resealed with exceptional quality sand and sealing products. Even before the deck was sanded and sealed, the pavers looked amazing. Another factor that only a trace of sand was in the pool. One other estimator said the pool would be very dirty when they finished but they would clean it. Big red flag. David also sealed my large driveway and long front walkway. I am very particular about our home and somehow always find the best companies and honest caring people to work with. I truly hope that my recommendation will be considered and that David contacted for estimates. He is very professional, prompt, very detail oriented and works to make sure that both you and he are completely satisfied. Pricing was extremely reasonable. Bottom LIne: My pavers in 24 yrs and previous jobs, have NEVER looked this good. They even feel different to walk on.

Within 2 years the NON-CFL patio sagged and required multiple adjustments and re-tamping of the dirt underneath the pavers. In sharp contrast the CFL-built patio was solid as a rock--no budging, no sagging, not even a loose paver. I'm using CFL again as we speak to build my new patio and looking at the amount of prep work they do as well as the thoroughness with which they do it I know I made the right choice. I highly recommend them because the quality is unmatched. I've seen the work done by other hardscape/landscape companies and there is no comparison.

We had a wooden retaining wall behind our house that needed to be replaced. Finding a proper…read morecompany to replace this wall was a challenge and it took us a while before we found American Pavers. We read through their reviews and looked them up on Better Business Bureau and decided to call them. We contacted them online and Hiago called us back in a timely manner. His listened to our needs and set up an appointment to come out to look at the work to be performed. He took photos and measurements, explained the work that the company could provide. A few days later we had a quote for the work along with photos of samples of the colored concrete blocks that we could choose from. We agreed to the quote. This was not inexpensive. I say that the cost was comparable to a pretty good used car. Hiago ordered the concrete blocks required, we had to go to the county courthouse to pick up the work permit. 1/2 the payment was payable in advance when we signed the work contract and the rest of the payment was due at the conclusion of construction. We payed with Cashiers Checks. The work took place over two days, where they tore out the original wood retaining wall and began setting the concrete blocks. The Foreman was on site throughout the construction and we were able to go out every so often to see their progress. The workers were professional and definitely appeared to know what they were doing. They finished the wall and hauled away the old wooden structure. The workers was performed in April 2025 and I wanted to wait to write this review to make sure that this wall was solid. I'm writing this in February 2026 and the wall looks great and we have not had any issues. The concrete blocks that we chose blend in nicely with the landscape and every time we drive by the back of our home, we are proud of our purchase. Spending this kind of money, we really want to be proud of it for a long long time and I think we will be. One of the best parts of this experience with American Pavers was the thorough and timely communication by Hiago. He was attentive and always friendly and warm. I would hope that all interactions with contractors would be so pleasant and enjoyable. Thank you Hiago and thank you American Pavers. This is definitely a company that we recommend you to consider when you have a project that needs to be done.
