Scotty, the owner, was so wonderful to interact with throughout the entire process. He was professional, responsive, and such a help from the moment we met when he came out to provide a quote for a job that I did not have precise measurements for. The passion he has for his business and for helping others really shines through. We also definitely want to give a shout out to the lead installer Erick - who was absolutely excellent in executing the repairs/reinstallation with the limited information I could provide him. He (and his fellow installer) were so courteous, professional, helpful, and graciously patient with me. Their work is beautiful and high quality, and we couldn't be happier with the completion of this project. I spoke to David, the owner of TAMPA PAVER SEALING. who came the next day after another job for an estimate. To do the job right, instead of just pressure washing and sealing, he suggested and then meticulously stripped the layers of old seal and discoloration off, pressure washed and then resealed with exceptional quality sand and sealing products. Even before the deck was sanded and sealed, the pavers looked amazing. Another factor that only a trace of sand was in the pool. One other estimator said the pool would be very dirty when they finished but they would clean it. Big red flag. David also sealed my large driveway and long front walkway. I am very particular about our home and somehow always find the best companies and honest caring people to work with. I truly hope that my recommendation will be considered and that David contacted for estimates. He is very professional, prompt, very detail oriented and works to make sure that both you and he are completely satisfied. Pricing was extremely reasonable. Bottom LIne: My pavers in 24 yrs and previous jobs, have NEVER looked this good. They even feel different to walk on.

We had a wooden retaining wall behind our house that needed to be replaced. We read through their reviews and looked them up on Better Business Bureau and decided to call them. We contacted them online and Hiago called us back in a timely manner. His listened to our needs and set up an appointment to come out to look at the work to be performed. He took photos and measurements, explained the work that the company could provide. A few days later we had a quote for the work along with photos of samples of the colored concrete blocks that we could choose from. We agreed to the quote. This was not inexpensive. I say that the cost was comparable to a pretty good used car. Hiago ordered the concrete blocks required, we had to go to the county courthouse to pick up the work permit. 1/2 the payment was payable in advance when we signed the work contract and the rest of the payment was due at the conclusion of construction. We payed with Cashiers Checks. The work took place over two days, where they tore out the original wood retaining wall and began setting the concrete blocks. The Foreman was on site throughout the construction and we were able to go out every so often to see their progress. The workers were professional and definitely appeared to know what they were doing. They finished the wall and hauled away the old wooden structure. The workers was performed in April 2025 and I wanted to wait to write this review to make sure that this wall was solid. I'm writing this in February 2026 and the wall looks great and we have not had any issues. The concrete blocks that we chose blend in nicely with the landscape and every time we drive by the back of our home, we are proud of our purchase. Spending this kind of money, we really want to be proud of it for a long long time and I think we will be. One of the best parts of this experience with American Pavers was the thorough and timely communication by Hiago. He was attentive and always friendly and warm. I would hope that all interactions with contractors would be so pleasant and enjoyable. Thank you Hiago and thank you American Pavers. Andres got my information from the sod company I purchased from and tried calling me, but I was working and missed his calls, so he took initiative to come to my house. After talking and measuring, I hired Gulf Bay Sod. They worked me into their schedule last minute, came in and blazed through my job. They were on time, extremely efficient, professional, friendly and Andres gave me a great price for the whole job and I couldn't feel better about how everything worked out. I would have lost a significant sum of money had it not been for them, so I am extremely grateful--big thank you! The cost of the project, when you break it down, shows that a good portion of that cost goes to somewhere other than the work being done or the cost of materials. When you pay over 10k for a project then you expect a professional job and not the bare minimum then the rest disappear. These are my opinions and experience. Your results may be different. I feel the job was rushed, corners cut and again. When you pay a lot of money then you would expect at least 3/4 or more of that finance to go towards labor and product. Heck, If I can earn $4,000 or more just by making a few phone calls... Order and deliver some wholesale pavers, hire someone to remove old concrete, A team of foreign laborors from South America, then count me in but that is exactly my experience. So let's just say I refuse to hire this company again and leave it at that.
