When the claim is submitted I see it online the same day and I get email from insurance confirming this. In this case nothing was submitted. Then I even had the insurance company call your office and the insurance company was told that the billing office would need to be contacted for the x-ray copy, but when the receptionist did not provide a name of someone from billing or put a person on the phone for the insurance company to talk to, the story then switched to where she had to speak to the dentist and did not put the dentist on the phone. Receptionist also flat out lied that I was contacted to come pick up x-rays and I was willing to provide my phone records to show that wasn't true. When the dentist was in the room with me, I asked her four times to look at my tooth that I had broken and she refused to even look at it. What kind of a dentist is that? Just to let you know, all the other staff that I met, including the one who did the x-rays, all young gentlemen, were very kind and sweet.
