Walked in and was greeted by a very friendly employee. He was pleasant and gave me a rundown of their menu. They have a vast menu from bowls, to plates, to pita wraps, salads, many different types of sauces, vegan and gluten free options too. Just to name a few. Desserts, such as Baklava and variety of cookies. I did end up getting one Baklava and it was moist, fresh and delicious. Prices are super affordable for their portions. 10/10! I went with beef and chicken skewers, and asked them to put my hummus on the side and not to overcook the meat. I like my beef to be medium-rare to medium. Chicken skewer also had a lot of flavors to it. There were very well prepared and seasoned to perfection. I also got their Greek salad with lots of healthy vegetables. Stayed with water. They have many different types of juices: bottled, & fountain drinks. They even checked on me once, considering the fact that you place your order at the counter, and they will bring out your food to you. Food was very delicious & fresh, along with service and the ambiance in their outdoor seating and inside was SPOTLESS CLEAN with some great music playing overhead. But one thing that hasn't changed is how incredible their food is, how massive the portions are, what a bang for your buck you get, & how wonderful their service is. We do a catering order/family style order quite often, either for holidays or celebrations, and the food is always a hit with EVERYONE. In the few VERY rare times over the past 10 years that some things were not up to their usual quality, they did everything they could to make things right! That speaks volumes at not only how amazing the food is, but how great the owners are. Their lunch special is phenomenal, especially for the price. Literally a few bucks more than what fast food restaurants are now charging for a "combo" meal, but here you get a home cooked gourmet feast. You can't go wrong with anything. Their tender beef filet & chicken thigh kabobs are our favorite. We like chicken breast as well, which is very delicious here, but love that this is one of the rare few restaurants that also offer chicken thigh, which is juicier and more flavorful than breast. Their buttery & fluffy rice pilaf is so "simple" yet is simply the best. Having it soak up the kabob juices or their amazing toum/garlic sauce is the best! Also love the pickles & turnips and other pickled veggies they serve as a free appetizer, along with onion slices. You can't go wrong with this restaurant. It's simple & straightforward.
