Found this spot on Yelp and with these ratings, I just had to try it. The place did live up to my expectations. We ordered the meat combo plate, which came with beef lula kabob as well as chicken kabob and beef kabob pieces. The plate also came with hummus and because I came with my daughter and she demanded fries, I replaced the included basmati rice for freshly made fries. In addition, we decided to order a side of baba ganoush, which was very flavorful and just so worth it. The meats were outstanding. Both, chicken and beef kabob pieces were nicely marinated, perfectly grilled and delicious. The beef lula kabob really stood out to me and it's one of the better ones I've had in LA -- very juicy, well marinated ground beef and they cooked it so the juices are trapped inside the lula and they only get released after you bite into it. What I got was a perfect bite every time and those delicious beef juices made my taste buds say Yaaaaay and nourished my soul. Overall, a very good meal at a good price and it had my wife and daughter satisfied. The spot is located on a medium-size plaza with many parking spots. We ordered chicken kabob and shish kabob which i thought was chicken but it was actually steak. They were both so good and tender, the plates are a good portion with hummus as a side usually you pay extra for that. Mimi the waitress was super friendly and helped with our questions. However, I do wish the salad portion was a bit larger and the rice a bit less oily. The ratio of rice to fish felt a little off. would have preferred more salmon and less rice. Found out about this lovely place through yelp's Carnevil event last month and won 50% off an entree. After browsing their menu online, I was thrilled to discover they have a lot of vegan options! Because I have a very busy schedule, I rely on ordering ahead to save time. When I arrived 20 minutes later, they told me they didn't have my order and even asked if I had called the right location. The employee went to the back, came back, and proceeded to charge me. At that point, I assumed my food was about to come out. When I asked how much longer it would take, I was told another 15-20 minutes. That means my order would have taken nearly an hour from the time I first called. The restaurant wasn't busy, yet no one apologized or seemed concerned about the inconvenience. The response was simply that they didn't have my order. I've been a regular customer for a long time, but it feels like customer service is no longer a priority. I don't know what dressing they use for their salads, but it's so delicious. They offer variety of kabab plates such as combo, chicken or beef. I usually get the beef kabab which comes with rice, salad and humus. Kababs are always so delicious. There is plenty of seating area and it can get busy around lunch time. If you're not in rush, I would recommend waiting for a table. They usually take the order at the counter and bring the food to the table. As far as for the ambiance, it is nothing fancy like other restaurants. It is very clean and tables are cleans and they get cleaned frequently. The only downside of this place is the parking. The meat was good but the seasoning/flavor was just a bit different other gyros I've had at Greek festivals it was a good gyros I think next trip I will try one if the kebab entrees. It takes a little while to get your food. We waited about 20 minutes which isn't too bad since they were cooking it fresh. Although there are several other restaurants in the mall and the parking lot is not large, you can usually find a parking spot.
