Loved the mac and cheese! Gumbo had a stronger taste which was interesting. I want to try the Ya Ya pasta next time

Great food and staff. Mac and cheese is off the hook and marrow is what's up. Highly recommend them!

This is a super cute lil spot! We split a Monte Cristo sandwich and the Biscuits and Gravy…read more The monte Cristo is basically a big beignet with meat and cheese in the middle, could have more meat but overall was very satisfying and the dipping mixed berry coulis (jam) paired wonderfully. The Cajun biscuits and gravy had a lil spice to it but was reasonable for a white girl. The biscuit itself was house and exceptional. The gravy was very rich and a little on the thick side. The sausage bits were a little overdone but wonderful flavor, I personally like them A little charred. Coffee was a 10/10, it's just a hot black coffee but they provide a cute little serving of half and half. Plus, it's free refills so yay, love that! The staff were nice, helpful, attentive, and I dare say fashionable I think my two favorite things about this place are: 1. Small menu. Are you just a girl in the world suffering from decision fatigue? Come here. Menu seems to be seasonal as well. 2. The vibe is so cute, otter portraits and decor, elegant colors, and excellent music for everyone. Biggest draw back: food is a little heavy ‍ but makes the soul light I would come here again!

Wow just wow. I so so impressed with the hush puppies and the sauce! I loved the chili sauce…read more I ordered the Cajun Mac and cheese. The sauce is creamy not too sticky. My mother is from the south and makes homemade Mac and cheese. So I am very picky with my Mac and cheese and this didn't disappoint. The chicken was juicy and crispy. Good flavor. Hubby got the chicken sandwich, ate every bite. We order the seasonal beignets to go. Still yummy, but I think they would be better if we ate them there. Service was sweet and efficient. Ambiance was quaint, we ate outside. The sun was nice.

TL;DR: Five stars simply isn't enough. I don't know that 10 stars or even 20 stars would be enough…read moreeither. I cannot believe I haven't done a review for here yet. AristaCrab has become the standard I hold all crab plates to. I am born and raised Oregonian, spending most of my summers and winters on the coast. I am very familiar with crab and yet, it took my twenty-four years to find the best crab of my life. Nothing compares to the freshness, the flavor, and most importantly, the AMAZING staff here. I wish I could give just the staff alone twenty stars. They are so friendly, kind, and informative. I usually get some combination of 1-2 crab clusters, corn, and potatoes, whereas my friends will get the same plus egg and sausage. There are different butters you can pick from and I usually get the garlic butter. Every. Single. Item. Is. Amazing. The crab is warm and delicious. The legs are easy to crack and get those giant pieces you dream of, which then you dip into the pool of melted garlic butter, and enter a dreamy food haze of amazingness. The corn and potatoes sit in happy puddle of garlic butter, adding flavor the longer you wait to eat them. The corn is perfectly seasoned and cooked to the point that it's easy to eat off the cob but still firm. The potatoes literally melt in your mouth. Man I was there just last night and I'm sad I'm not eating there right now. It is more expensive but quality, quantity, and experience are so damn worth it.

Two of us shared the Original with two crab clusters. Flavor was pretty perfect ("Original" which…read moreis Old Bay) a little less than normal but he added garlic. So good! Complaints: potatoes were not cooked enough which was a bummer. Finally, be sure to bring your own cracker and picker. They do have a disposable "slicer" but it didn't work well for me.

Oh, man... this was my best seafood experience yet! I…read morevisited at about 6PM on a Thursday and was promptly seated for a table of 2. We seriously had the SWEETEST server! She took SUCH good care of us and was super knowledgeable about the menu items and market prices. We got our drinks within minutes and she made sure they were never empty. Not to mention, she checked in on us multiple times during our visit. I ordered the combo # 2 and added a Dungeness crab to it. That bad boy was FRESH. The whole boil was dripping in sauce, cooked perfectly and let me tell you... the Louisiana flavor seasoning is IT!! It's the perfect mix of Cajun and garlic butter. The main star was definitely the Dungeness, but the snow crab was a close second! The legs were a really good size and full of meat! The shrimp was great too! (I always get head-on) I left soooo full and satisfied! Overall, the food was amazing and the service was the best I have received in years.. We will be back soon!

Mixed Bag (o crab)…read more The food was almost all great. We tried garlic fries, salad, clam chowder, snow crab, king crab, and lobster. DS picked this restaurant for celebrating his 18th b-day, so it was disappointing that his king crab was twice as expensive as the snow crab and not great quality. Everything else was great - fresh, saucy, and well-seasoned. I liked that we could add potatoes and sausages to fill out our meal. The service was weird. Our waitress was really sweet and friendly, but seemed clueless. There was nothing on the table - no napkins or salt shakers or utensils. I had to ask for a fork for my salad, then for utensils for the crabs. The ambience was a mixed bag. There was a homeless guy next to our van and signs of a recent campfire. The restaurant was mostly empty, but they didn't offer my family a booth - we had to sit with our kids at a table in the bar. The lighting was good. It was very frustrating not to have metal forks and crab picks. It feels like a high end restaurant, but the utensils are cheep disposable plastic and there was a weird robot was talking too loudly in a weird high pitched girlish voice. The bathroom was really dirty. Overall, I would eat here if someone else were paying because the food was mostly great. For the price, I would want a few improvements.

There was only mixed greens, blue cheese, and homemade vinaigrette. I felt the portion size was way to skimpy for the cost. But it was clean with quality ingredients and I could taste them. The chopped salad was also delicious. It was full of salami, cheese, olives, tomatoes, cucumbers, and more. Also with a homemade vinaigrette. The salad are delivered dressed which I like , but dressing on the side option may be appreciated by some. I highly recommend.
