Once we entered the store he asked if I needed help and I told him I'm here looking for ammo. I asked him where his selection for the 9mm and .40. Upon entering the shop, the owner was immediately impatient & off-putting. The selection was poor & the merchandise was strewn about in an unnavigable and disorderly fashion, much like a yard sale. My fiancé asked if the tackle area of the shop was open, as it was roped off. The owner asked, "if I open it are you actually going to buy something or just look around wasting time like you are now?" At that point, my fiancé had planned to buy some tackle purely because the owner had gone through the effort of opening up that portion, even though he was so disrespectful. While we were browsing the tackle, our friend merely lifted a fishing rod to see the price & make of it. The owner rudely said, "would you quit fingerf*cking the merchandise?" At that point, my fiancé & his friends left the store & said they'd take their business elsewhere. Nastiest human I have ever met. My friends and I were interested in purchasing a gun due to some of the activity lately around the area. We park in his small parking lot and by the time we got to the door, we didn't even have time to read the sign. He flung the door open and started yelling at us that we can't read at a 3rd grade level because we didn't put a mask on. Love the store, selection and atmosphere. I don't think the reviews on here do Ron justice. There are signs out in front so read them and follow the rules. There's one person allowed inside at a time so if you pop your head in with another customer inside, expect to be told to wait outside. If your feathers are easily ruffled, you might not like what you find with the owner. I haven't had a single bad experience with the owner and I will definitely be coming back often. If you're looking for ammo or maybe a rifle you wouldn't find at most larger stores, Ron's is a great place to look.
