The dry sherry in question is very reasonably priced and the drinking alcohol selection quite good given the size of the establishment. The prices are reasonable and the staff has always been helpful and friendly. It's also nice that parking is basically the entire shopping center lot, so there are plenty of options in that regard.

They're a natural wine shop, I'd say on the artisanal and boutique side. The shop itself is absolutely gorgeous. It's like hanging out in someone's living room. They have a vinyl record player setup, two cozy chairs, hanging plants, etc. The vibes are on point and extremely cozy. Don't expect a big box store with an over-the-top selection, but rather a thoughtful and meticulously curated variety of rotating natural wines from around the world. And the best part is the owner Sarah, who will walk you through any question you may have. Expert recommendations and super knowledgeable of the wines on display. We ended up purchasing a Californian rosé and an Italian white. The added bonus of the day was in their refrigerator, which holds chilled bottles as well as a small assortment of craft beers. I found a beer from Ology Brewing in little old Tallahassee, FL, my old college stomping grounds. I bought the beer on the spot and it was delicious. Even if you know nothing about natural wine, Persona is the unpretentious place for you to start. And if you are a big consumer of natural wine, then I'm sure you'll nerd out over the intentional selection the owner has assembled. Really cool spot in Boulder. Check them out!

There's not much that's low-sodium, for example, like you'd find in a larger grocery store. I was going there for the frozen veggies, which makes life easy with busy kid- schedules. Not always time to pick up fresh produce on the way home. TJs frozen veggies were reliably better than anywhere else. They had really sweet peas, as sweet as sweet corn, that burst in your mouth. Lately, the peas are so dry and tough-skinned they're inedible. The broccoli florets are woody. There have been times over the years they were out of certain frozen veggies, and that seemed disappointing, but it was better then buying a bunch and thinking I had them to feed the kids, but then finding all we had was inedible. The broccoli has been woody for a couple months at least. We stopped buying that, and stocked up on the peas, but now they're gross. Since I went for the frozen veggies (and would just pick up anything else that worked for us there), we don't really have any reason to go unless they get that straightened out. Somebody please give me a heads up if it changes again!

He has done this for decades and has strong taste presences. Trader Joe's is a wonderful resource especially for CA grown nuts. I am not much of a fan of the store's other products as I learned during some living time in CA when this company was dominant in the town we lived. Prepackaged veggies and fruits don't suit me, nor does processed frozen items. But they sure are the king of nuts. They have many forms of each where appropriate. Roasted or not, salted or not. Today we bought dry roasted and salted almonds, CA premium walnut halved and organic dry roasted and salted cashews. Sadly we forgot to check if their CA Thompson seedless raisins ( sun dried) were back in stock. You won't find better anywhere. For general groceries , my favorite store is just around the corner and my favorites for brand name product is in South Boulder. What these 3 stores have in common is quality products in the categories I use them for, exceptional staff and store cleanliness. We'll go back soon for the raisins.

I am 25 years old and upon presenting my valid ID I received from the DMV, I was told that it was a fake. The kid who refused to accept my ID was undoubtedly younger than I was and claimed he couldn't see the state seal on it. I have had my ID for over four years (since I was 21) I am now almost 26 and it expires in July so I have not yet gotten one of the updated IDs and it is a bit worn. It's interesting to me that some kid can deny my license which is the same exact one I've been successfully using with my background checks and through the state of Colorado to obtain my nursing license. I recommend that if you don't feel like being demeaned and unless you have an updated license, don't waste your time stopping into this liquor store.
