You have called numerous times and I was either at an appointment or with my doctor and I could not pick up your call. You have sent emails and text messages as well. Now I paid your first service invoice promptly. I've owned 2 businesses in the past, to harass a client if past history is paying his obligation timely is not good business. I'm telling this to you from past experience. I'm not sure if you've had difficulty in collecting from other clients for past services or not however I pay my bills. Now, Pete, your technician called me prior to servicing my equipment and sounded very professional and courteous. However upon completion there were a few balls which were dropped. You graciously removed the charge for the pool cleaning. As I mentioned before greatly appreciated. The reason I waited a bit before remitting payment is simple, the pool water was green when I arrived home yesterday and the pool service had been completed. I ran the pool pump overnight to see if it would clear up which it has to about 90% clear. So, as I am sure you are as busy as I am throughout the day time is a commodity I cannot waste. I have numerous phone calls, emails and text messages coming in and going out that I have to deal with in regards to the facility that I am in charge of but that being said your payment is on my list and as I told you earlier in a phone call, it will be submitted to you by the end of the business day, 4-13-23. Payment was submitted to this business 4-13-23, my trouble with this business was how the owner was harassing me for payment less than 4 hrs after they finished the work. I used their services 2 weeks ago to diagnose an issue with my pool filter and they were paid the next day. So for the owner to call me numerous times, to text me numerous times to send emails numerous times was pretty obnoxious. He was paid the next day for the previous service and was paid the next day for this service, which by the way was over $700. In addition they told me they would be on site Tuesday at 1000 hrs, they showed up at 1800 hrs. No calls, no texts saying we are running late. I understand things come up but communication is helpful. So would i recommend them? I hate to see any business fail but encourage your customers to return not leave an never return.

He has hired "helpers" to clean the pools in most areas, I haven't seen him come out in months in return we have been receiving subpar cleanings, I have had to recently call them back out because his helper didn't get the air out of my system when he left and it continued to gurgle for over 24 hours! I will attach an email where his company sent out, our AGREED price was always $185.00 period! I noticed these last 2 months I'm paying over $200 now, he says well we sent an email out but NOWHERE in this email states he is starting to raise the price due to this new payment method, he knew what he was doing and snuck in this on the customers without their knowledge, I would have cancelled when they first changed if this would have been in the email. He was very DECEIVING by doing this. After a year of service he sends this message out, Good Afternoon Just heads up. We are making changes to the monthly pool service. Going forward the monthly pool service will based of a 4 week pool maintenance visit. For example this month had 5 visits and we are not charging for that 5th visits. 2/1, 2/8, 2/15, 2/22, 2/29 Oh so now you are charging per 4 weeks now moving forward, not monthly. SHADY! I called Javier and explained my issue with him, and his clerk says he's adamant about the extra charge. No problem, I don't have to hire you my pool is very easy to maintain and I have options. If you weren't SHADY and trying to sneak more money out of me in the first place I wouldn't have cancelled. I would AVOID this company, for over $200/month you can get someone that isn't a helper cleaning your pool!

We hired them on for monthly service (since we weren't doing the best at maintenance) and they just keep impressing me! Kaleb has kindly helped me with minor repairs and maintenance on the pool that is above and beyond what I expect from a monthly pool service.
