Justin was referred to me I believe in 2008 or 2009. Maybe earlier. Prior to that we can use Busby but as with all other HVAC businesses if you call for AC service or repair after us April 1 or before October 31, you would wait a minimum of two weeks for a technician. Not Conrad's. He will come out the day of your call if you don't mind him coming to you on his way home from his last job of the day. I don't so he has gotten my AC up and running as late as 10:30pm or the following day as early as 6:30am adding me into his schedule before his first scheduled appointment for that day.

I posted a review informing the company about this situation, which I was called immediately to give a more details. The technician reached out to me personally to explain why he had left in such urgency, which I understood and gave him a chance to come back. Not only did I remove my earlier post but I gave him an opportunity to make it up. He was suppose to show up the following week but never did (no call). I've never dealt with such experience from a licensed company, hopefully the manager can read this and handle it properly.

They fulfilled their obligation to patch the roof and make it look normal - they just had no consideration of my time. HUGE RED FLAG. Valley Air was hired by my home warranty company to check out my AC unit. They…read moreended up replacing the unit. One year later the brand new unit leaked water down into the house and caused thousands of dollars of damage to the drywall and flooring. As I started digging for answer as to why a 1 year old would malfunction in this was. I discovered that Valley Air never got the work inspected by the city, never did the required title 24 testing, and never finalized the permit for the work done and left my home legally uncompliant. Valley Air would have left it that what if I did not start digging and found this out. Even after all of this not being done legally and within compliance, Valley Air refused to take responsibility for the damages and found every reason to deflect the fact their work was non-compliant and blame me for the unit leaking by saying that the unit was not maintained even though it was barely 1 year old and barely due for service at the 1 year mark. Entirely unprofessional. For all the folks leaving 5 star reviews, please check to validate that everything was done legally and that your permits have been pulled and finalized and that all proper testing and city inspections were done. Through the install I thought they were a good company as well so they fooled me. Once I did the digging and found out they did not do the job in compliance with local laws it exposed them and then refusing to take ownership and make it right by helping with the damage shows who they are even more.

They said it was a two tech job and I waited two weeks for only one tech to show. I ended having to hire another company to come out and rework everything they did. And to top it off end up having a water leak because they damaged the drain pan.
