This company is a fraud. I ordered numerous magazines for my gun shop on November 29 got notification on January 3 "We have received your order # 101082### as a return to sender from USPS". I verified the address was correct and we did not refuse the order and requested they resend with another carrier if possible but all I got back was an automated response. I asked to get refunded if they were not willing to reship. They refunded with a Adjustment Fee $45.78 + the initial shipping fee for a package I have no proof was ever sent to me! Fraudulant charges made on my debit cards 3 days after my online purchase. That was the last place my card was used. So, I ordered a couple of MecGar 1911 mags from this site because they had the best price online. Only after did I check out the Yelp reviews. You guys had me worrying. Yes the process time felt like a long time, but really it was easily within the 2-5 business days they promise. The tracking on first class mail let me see the package from the moment the shipping slip was generated to the point it was placed in my mailbox. The product was exactly what I ordered, the mags are excellent, and I am lucky to have gotten them since they were sold out 24 hours after I placed my order. Wish I had checked Yelp reviews before I ordered from this company. I returned an unopened shipment with an RMA. I have the tracking indicating they received it several days ago. When I ask customer service about the status either by phone or email, they do not acknowledge receiving it and won't let me talk to the person they say is responsible for scanning in returns. Ordered a mag on the 5th of August, it is the 21st. of August now. Sent an email inasmuch my order had not even been processed yet. Their response: "We apologize for the delay in shipping. Due to the current order volume, we are experiencing longer processing times than usual (5 business days). Once the order is shipped you will receive an email with the tracking information. Delivery times go into effect the business day after your order is processed and marked shipped. " So it seems that they can take indefinitely to "process" the order, and their five day claim only goes into effect "after" the order is shipped. Avoid at all costs. They sell out of stock items and have terrible customer service. They will charge you instantly, keep your money for as long as you let them, and just say its out of stock and the order will be filled as soon as they get their shipment. I was ok with that, however, I called a week later because it still showed 'Processing' I was told about the rush but my order should be processed and completed by end of day. 3 days later still showed Processing. This company is complete GARBAGE!!! This company sent my package to the wrong address even though I inputted the correct address while making a purchase. Don't trust their shipping. You pay for priority shipping but they sit on your order for days and days before shipping then refuse to refund. Ordered 2 mags on a Monday morning with 2 day shipping and received 8 days later. Customer service was rude. "You still got 2 day shipping from when we sent it out." 5 days after I ordered. Based on the level of marketing the company attempts (IE sponsors flannel daddy), you think they would be more interactive with their customers. I ordered a pair of magazines on a Tuesday and by Monday, six days later, was beginning to wonder why I had not recieved an email with a tracking number. It would not be until mid-day Tuesday that I received a tracking number and moments later a response to my original email. It made me feels like my product would not be shipped had I not nudged them as a reminder. To add insult to injury the response I got when asked why it took ONE WEEK to ship my order was (directly posting the response from the email) "We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Unfortunately due to high order numbers we are experiencing some delays.Thank you for understanding and have a great day!" As if this back handed response is clarification, let alone and acceptable response. I had a bias going in based on the ads I had seen on social media and believe me, I wanted to have a positive experience with this company, I wanted to support a business that supported the media I watched but it is inexcusable to have a processing time of one week without sending a quick email (or at least posted a warning) stating that processing times had been delayed, if that were the case.
