I ordered 2 of the 31 round mags for my G23 Glock to be used with my MiniRoni. I got an empty package with a sticker on it from USPS that said "Delivered without Contents" The top of the package was ripped open and no mags...I contacted Matt in customer support, he said they would send out replacements that day...which they did (sort of)....I got the package a few days later with only one mag in it...I took a picture of the 1 mag still in the package and sent off an email..I got an email saying that the other unit has been shipped with a tracking number...The tracking number has been "in process" for 12 days now. I reached out one last time with my concern on how long it was taking. I was told to contact USPS to see what the problem was and to file a claim. BBBOOOOOO!!! This is not my issue...it is theirs. I didnt want the run around..I wanted results...I am going to check my email one last time for the reply from Matt to see what he says...nope......nothing...I doubt that I will see the other mag that I am owed but who knows....I am in Utah...we have guns shops on dang near every corner...they are like 7-11's...I will focus on local business rather than ordering online next time....better off staying away from the ordering here...Sorry GunMag but you disappointed me....but you wont have the opportunity to do it again... read more

Ordered 2 mags for my mp9. Slow shipping 11+ days. One of the mags has the wrong floor plate. ( Short). Customer service will only replace if returned on my own dime in virgin condition. This was only revealed after they requested photos without saying anything about the conditional return for refund. Ergo,I broke the mags out of packaging to show in photos the reason the mag was unacceptable. So this customer service approach is borderline garbage. My time is worth more than whatever refund I would get for a minimal cost product after spending money to repackage and ship back to them. Your mileage may carry but be aware of the shady return and refund tactics. Furthermore, they suppress negative reviews on their product page. Wish I could give them no stars. Stay away. read more

I'm compelled to edit my original review as GMW reached out to mend the fence. I respect that they responded to me with an offer to make it right. That's a stand up move and I appreciate a vendor who doesn't just shrug their shoulders and move on. GMW followed up and communicated in a very positive way. Much appreciated GMW. Thank you! ### Placed order, received invoice for purchase & Tracking # (prior to the HCP stay going into affect). Sent multiple inquiries regarding verification of shipping and was assured by GMW that ALL orders placed prior to 'the stay' will be fulfilled. Patiently waited 10 days even though Tracking stated it never was picked up by the shipper. I then start emailing requests for status. Then yesterday without any discussion, I get an email saying my order was canceled. I call and am basically told too bad and that its the shippers fault. However the Shipper states the order never left the GMW warehouse. This is way different than the commitment "ALL orders placed prior to 'the stay' will be fulfilled". Talking to two different GMW Reps I state I bought the product prior to 'the stay' thus a replacement order should have been shipped. Basically another too bad. If you guys will fix this I'm more than happy to call this a fluke as stuff happens. But right now, I'm compelled to use my 2A and Public Safety platform to steer guys away from the same thing happening to them. Balls in your court GMW. Please make this right. read more

From my order to my cancellation there was never a problem with these guys. They even offer a Norton guaranteed delivery which insures your product's delivery for free. Also used a filter site and they had the cheapest price for what I was looking for. I had to cancel due to financial issues and they got back to me the same night. In normal circumstances I would give this place a 2 star review. However, the circumstances of my order and many other are not normal. CA opened up the doors for approx 5 days for individuals to buy standard capacity magazines earlier in the month. Gunmagwarehouse was the FIRST place I know that was selling mags to Ca residents. I placed my order on Sunday at 11:20pm. I did not receive any confirmation or anything, my card was just billed. I was unsure the gravity of the situation they were overwhelmed and had no idea how many sales they would get. I didn't receive any shipping confirmation until Saturday 6 days later. That's okay because I realized they were caught completely off guard. The pictures of their shipping department were nuts. They basically were caught in a hurricane and got everything shipped and sent out to everyone (as far as I know). My order arrived on Tuesday and everything was included. No issues. I ordered some magazines from these guys on March 15th. Check 2-3 shipping option. When March 21st came around and I still had not received my order I gave them a call. After being feed a bunch of , what I am sure are rehearsed lines of bs , they told me my order was shipping that day. I told them too late refund my money. They refused saying they could not because the order was processed and I would have to wait until I received the order , than returned said order before they would process the return. I waited for over a week and did not get a shipping confirmation so I emailed customer support and asked them to provide me with a status of my order. I waited another several days for a response which was "here is your tracking number". The only problem is that they generated a tracking number but the product still hasn't shipped even a few days later. I looked into it and the tracking number was generated because they printed a shipping label but they still haven't shipped the product. What a scam and bunch of bozos. We love the 2A as much as any other state and the number of mags purchased across the state shows it. You guys were able to process all orders placed before the 5pm deadline on April 5th. I recieved everything about a week after ordering which was fine with me due to the sheer volume of freedom coming our way. Im sure USPS knew something was up with California. You had Glock mags, M&P mags in stock when nobody else did. Only thing I wish you had in stock was the Pmag D60. First time purchaser. Went withbthe kci 100 round drum for ar platform. Package was all banged up when i recieved it. Was pretty excited about the product until i noticed how dirty it looked. Decided to try and load up 100 223. Rounds and it got jammed about halfway through. So right off the bat it was malfunctioning. Then proceeded to disassemble the drum to find out it had been used. How do i know? Because there was an abundance of gun residue inside the drum. I can scrape it off with my finger and it was just straight black. Unfortunately somebody at my house through away the already messed up box so that caused issues returning. I called customer service and let them know about the flawed product and asked if they are know for selling used magazines as she replies "no it would have been brand new." They would not take it back because "they're hands were Tied." Inpayed over $160. Terrible customer service i recommend this scam place to nobody. They couldn't accommodate me for even a discount for future purchases. read more

I ordered two Sig Sauer magazines on 11/12, which were listed as "in stock." After not receiving any updates on the order, I called to check on it and was told it takes 5 days to process the order. I then recevied an email that the order had shipped on 11/19 but when I tracked the order, only the label had been printed and the order hadn't been turned over to USPS. I sent an email to customer service which was unanswered. I finally received the order on 11/27, more than 2 weeks after placing the order for in stock items. This does not meet my expectations of good service, especially when Gun Mag Warehouse's competitors ship the same day or within one day of receiving an order. I am very disappointed and would not recommend Gun Mag Warehouse to others. read more

I ordered 5 magazines for 2 different guns I own and when they came I opened 3 of them to make sure they worked as they are after market. 2 of 1 type (thought maybe one was a mistake). When they didn't fit I reached out immediately to the company to let them know they didn't fit. I was then told they wouldn't take them back because they were opened... how would I know they don't fit when it's what they recommend for my guns with out opening them.
