Always a smooth visit at Gunther Delray! Christopher and Tony were a pleasure to work with. Second car from this dealership and I'm so happy!

    What I approved.

Was told the diagnostic fee would be waived if I did the service (they didn't explicitly say ALL the services needed) so I selected a wiper change so I can get a second opinion. I go to check out and they are charging me 250$ just to tell me what the error code means. Terrible customer service. I approved repairs for just $61.40 (see screen shot below). Yet I'm billed for 313$?! Record them when you're signing paperwork so you don't get scammed. Service Advisor: Grody Abreu

I initially worked with Shane Sybil, the Internet Director, who gave me a lease quote over the phone and followed up by text with the details I requested. About a week later, Ed Haddad reached out to follow up on the quote and assisted us through the remainder of the process. Ed was patient, knowledgeable, and never made us feel pressured. There was a little confusion at first regarding whether the College Graduate incentive had already been included in the quote. I explained that, based on my original conversation with Shane, it had not been included. I appreciated that Shane honored exactly what we had discussed over the phone without any hassle. That demonstrated honesty and a commitment to customer service. Tony Bermudez in Finance was equally professional. He explained the paperwork clearly, made sure we understood everything we were signing, and helped us complete the transaction without unnecessary delays or pressure. The only hiccup during our visit was a wait of about 40 minutes to speak with the insurance representative because there was only one person handling insurance matters at the time. However, once it was our turn, adding the vehicle to our insurance policy took only about 7 minutes. Overall, we had a very positive experience leasing a new Honda Civic for our daughter. Thank you to Shane, Ed, Tony, and the Delray Honda team for taking such good care of our family. We highly recommend giving them the opportunity to earn your business.

From the time that I arrived and test drove an SUV, purchased it with cash and still had to go and sit at the finance dept., it took 6 hours of my time to leave with the vehicle only to return to have a part replaced the next week and they ordered the wrong part. The sales person Nicholas was nothing special. Nice guy but he could have cared less about making car buying a five star experience. It should not take 45 minutes to make a sale and a whole day to drive it off the lot. I will not be returning for any other service because if buying took forever, I don't care to experience the service department.

Horrible experience. Do not ever go there for any reason!…read more I went in to get the paint recall work done on my Hyundai. The entire top of my car has paint peeling off, and it looks terrible. About six months ago, the Delray dealership told me they couldn't help me because they didn't have a contract with an auto paint company like Maaco. They suggested I go to Coral Springs Hyundai, where they said the repair could be handled. They told me the job would take about 10 business days, and I would have to leave my car there with no loaner car. That's a 30-minute drive just to drop off my vehicle for a defect caused by Hyundai's substandard paint, with no transportation provided. Then, three weeks ago, the Delray dealership called me out of the blue and said they could now handle the recall repair locally. They told me to bring the car in and that they would provide a loaner vehicle until the work was finished. So I brought the car in, and they gave me a loaner. After five days, they suddenly called and told me to bring the loaner back and pick up my car because nothing had been done. Their explanation was that my car had been in a previous fender bender, so they could no longer perform the recall repair. First of all, they were the ones who called me and asked me to bring the car in, which would make you think the approval process had already been completed -- not something they would decide five days later after doing nothing. Second, the minor fender bender caused zero damage to the roof, which is where the paint is peeling. The bumper wasn't even scratched. What does that have to do with a paint defect on the roof caused by Hyundai's recall issue? In the end, I had to return the loaner, pick up my car, and leave with nothing done. They completely wasted my time. To make matters worse, the dealership told me this was a "corporate Hyundai decision." When I called Hyundai corporate to file a complaint, they told me the decision was made entirely by the dealership, not corporate. So which is it? The entire situation was poorly handled, misleading, and a complete waste of my time. I don't understand why they would call me in the first place if they had no intention of honoring the recall repair. All they accomplished was frustrating and losing a loyal customer.

One of the biggest differences between buying a Tesla and purchasing from a traditional dealership is the no-pressure environment. Since Tesla team members don't work on commission, the experience felt much more relaxed and educational than a typical car-buying process. The team member started with about a 10-minute demonstration, walking us through some of the vehicle's key features and menu options while seated in the driver's seat. After that, we were able to take the car out on our own for a 30-minute test drive, which gave us plenty of time to get comfortable with the vehicle and its technology. When we returned, the sales manager took time to answer our questions and was knowledgeable and helpful. My only criticism is the lack of follow-up afterward. I ended up having additional questions once we got home, and a quick follow-up call or email would have been appreciated. Unfortunately, when I tried calling the location, I wasn't able to reach a live sales representative. Overall, the test drive experience was informative, low-pressure, and a great way to learn about the Model Y before making a decision.

My Sprinter has been making an odd noise and I have another 1000 miles to go before I'm home, so I made an appointment here for first thing in the morning. I figured I would spend the day working from the customer service area (assuming could diagnose the problem and could get the parts to repair). I was here at 7:00 and at 7:15, the service manager let me know that they typically hold on to Sprinters for at least a couple of days. Uh, what? He was quite nice about it. The service area is comfortable. There's wifi, there's a coffee machine and they have a small cafe (that wasn't open this early). Starbucks and more within walking distance. So now I'm headed home with the noise and I'll let my dealership back home in Charlotte deal with it. [Review 307 of 2025 - 1970 in Florida - 23869 overall]

Today, I brought my Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG in for its annual maintenance. When I purchased the vehicle, I also purchased the Vehicle Care Protection Plus package, which includes four prepaid services for over $2,000. Today was only my second service, meaning I have used just 50% of the package I already paid for. To my surprise, upon arriving at the dealership, I was told that they did not want to perform the service because the vehicle had accumulated too few miles. I was then informed that, if I wanted them to complete the maintenance, they would need to report to Carfax that the vehicle had approximately 10,000 miles, even though it currently has only 2,877 miles. As the owner of a highly collectible Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG, I found this extremely concerning. Falsifying the vehicle's mileage history would negatively impact its provenance and could significantly reduce its future resale value. I immediately expressed my disagreement and made it clear that I was not willing to have inaccurate information reported for my vehicle. Afterward, I spoke with two friends who work at another AutoNation Mercedes-Benz dealership. Both told me this was the first time they had ever heard of such a practice. They explained that prepaid maintenance services can be used whenever the owner chooses, regardless of mileage, and that there is no issue with using all four prepaid services within the same year if the owner wishes. They also suggested that perhaps the dealership was trying to sell me a separate maintenance service or another service package instead of honoring the prepaid plan I had already purchased. To make matters worse, I spent more than five hours at the dealership waiting for my vehicle, including over an hour during which it remained parked without anyone working on it. This experience fell far below the level of professionalism and customer care I expect from Mercedes-Benz and AutoNation. I purchased the prepaid maintenance package with the expectation that it would be honored without unnecessary obstacles or requests that could compromise my vehicle's history and value. I sincerely hope this matter is reviewed internally so that other customers do not have to experience a similar situation. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I hope I never have to return to AutoNation Mercedes-Benz Delray Beach.
