Santa Ana street fashion at Bloomingdale's prices! Gunther's is filled with really nice, good quality clothing but ALL with a hefty price tag. Pendletons start at over $150. Shoe prices $300+. Why does the store advertise hours yet no one is working? It is 7/30/2022 and I have been outside since 2:30pm. Others have walked up and waited to shop here. I kept hearing that supposably the price tags here are pretty hefty for some of their clothing items but I still decided to give Gunther's a try because I honestly did not want to make the drive up to Greenspans in South Gate for a Pendleton. They have a limited supply of Pendletons but their selection is great (variety of colors/sizes) and they were the same price as they would be at Greenspans. Maybe some people don't know how much these babies are worth? Also bought a Ben Davis jacket and a Pendleton beanie, both priced accordingly. Service was friendly and inviting but the shop was a little tricky to find (right around the corner from Cafe Cultura). Definitely coming back though! read more

If you haven't been to Gunther's you need to go asap. It's a small and slightly cozy shop right off the main street, the spot is perfect for the low key vibes and relaxed feeling the brand has going on. I've been in several times now to browse for hats, boots, t-shirts, accessories and Pendletons. Always a good rotation of super clean and semi varied stock. So far I've picked up a few things and loved them, but more importantly Gunther's is a great place to take visiting friends and family should they need a nicely packaged slice of DTSA. Staff is always a major help finding stuff and always offers to order any items not currently stocked or in rotation. It's really nice to see a local business that's receptive of its community thriving well beyond just its city. I'd recommend picking up a Gunther's branded cap and the iconic "Santa Ana Vs. Everbody" Tee. I've been as far out as South County and out to San Bernardino and still had Gunther's gear recognized. Always compliments on the great design and quality. Love the blend of work and lifestyle wear, got my eye on a new set of boots and the super awesome Big Lebowski cardigan that's been stocked for a while. read more

I don't like bashing any company however my experience w/ Gunthers this morning REALLY pissed me off! Ordered Red Wing Irish Setters Moc 9874 this morning, super stoked like a kid on xmas eve I waited for store to open @ 11 AM, called and asked if I could come pick them up instead of waiting on the free shipping (since they're approx 35 mins away).... guy puts me on hold for 6-7 minutes then manager lady answers and says there's an issue . . . . We took deposit of $50 from somebody who hasn't picked them up and this is the last pair (nowhere does it say this online, mention possible deposits taken in store etc). She explains she has to call this person and tell them to pick up the boots & pay for them and if not I can come get them... This is BS!!! Of course the person says they're coming to get the boots today so i'm SOL! In meantime other sites who had these boots in 10.5 are now sold out through dealing w/ this rad store. Falsely advertised limited edition boot that as it looks right now i'm not getting a pair. Thanks Gunthers Supply Co it was great doing business w/ you. read more

This placed is a hidden gem. They carry all the brands that I am into and that are hard to find elsewhere. Brands like Red Wings, Pendleton, Suavecito, Loser Machine, Carhartt and so on.... Love this place! Called in to put an item on hold and came in later that day to pick it up. The guy behind the counter was really friendly and chill; easy to talk to and attentive. I told him I was buying the item for my brother's birthday so he decided to put it in a nice, white box with extra stickers. Really appreciated that. The products in here are top notch. Nice boots, hats, shirts, and accessories. Suavecito for sure is on deck here so don't forget to grab some of their pomade. Nice local Santa Ana shop. Highly recommended. read more

Very cool little spot with an old timey feel and vibe too it. It's fairly new to the ever growing downtown santa ana artists village but it's already finding it's niche. They have a wide selection of mens work wear that includes Red Wing boots, Ben Davis pants and Redkap brand clothing to name a few. This place is definitely worth a look. This spot is a gem in Santa Ana. If you know about this place, then you know. They carry a bunch of brands that are hard to come by and they are very selective on what they carry. Ben Davis, RedKap, Red Wings and a ton of other rad stuff. Service is killer too. If anything, just come here to stare at all of the cool shit on the walls and around the place. Honestly and sincerely, great place to pick up your work wear. They even have another location on Main St which has an amazing variety as well. Came in to pick up some Red Wing Iron Rangers and I could not be more happier with them. Carlos was very accommodating and dude knows how to talk to people. Helped pick out sizing on the shoes and was able to chop it up with him as well. I'll post pictures below on how they look on feet just in case anyone is wondering.
