Came all the way from Riverside to be denied. First off, I had to pay for parking cause of a Block party going on DT. Walked all the way over to the store and the store is closed. Lights are on, "Open" sign is up, Nobody answering the phone. Seems to me they are enjoying the block party rather than having the store open. I gave the benefited the doubt, just in case the store worker was possibly dropping a deuce. Waited for over 30 mins. No courtesy sign posted. Easily one of the best hat shops I've ever been to... Not sure how much love this place gets since it is located on a small Santa Ana street, but their following on Instagram is fairly massive, with stores in San Diego, San Francisco and other places as well. What makes this store unlike your average Lids is the custom prints and the unique designs that they have up in their store. Definitely some hats you won't find in many malls or outlet shops. Keep in mind that most of their selection are snapbacks. They have a fitted area as well but its not as massive. Price is also pretty great. I almost didn't see this shop walking in Downtown Santa Ana. It's a great find if you like hats! I didn't purchase anything only because I had just purchased some hats last weekend, but if I had known about this place earlier, I would have hit it up. They were doing a deal of 2 caps for $50 which comes out a bit cheaper than Lids when they have the buy 1 get one 50% off. What I was really impressed with was they have every team hat. Most stores you'll find your local teams and them some popular national teams. But in this store, they have all the NFL hats in a section and all teams are represented, and then they do the same for MLB and NBA. You will find yourself looking way up high along the walls because that's how large the hat collection is. I was excited to find this shop, the staff was friendly and greeted us as we walked in and informed us of the deal right away. I may end up coming back sooner rather than later and add some more hats to my inventory, just because the selection was so good and the price was fair. read more

I bought a hat online on October 13th because I wanted to surprise my boyfriend. We received the hat on Tuesday the 18th. Once he tried it on he didn't like the way it fit because he has a bigger head and is very specific on how he likes his hats to fit. Due to our work schedule we weren't able to come in until today. Pretty much they told us the hat looked used and tampered with. They also said it's been 20 days since the purchase? The receipt shows it's only been 10 days since I purchased it and 5 days since I received it. We weren't asking for a refund either just an exchange for a better fitting hat. We work at a family business and this is not how customer service should be handled. I feel offended that they accused us of buying a hat and using it just to return it 5 days later. read more
