I was looking to buy some Suavecito merch online for a gift when I realized that having it shipped would not make it on time. Thanks to the Suavecito store, I was able to get the sickest presents in the room while getting a sweet deal all with an amazing selection and variety to choose from! Getting to the building is a bit of a drive from 1st St but once you make it to the parking lot, the building is super recognizable with the Suavecito logo and on the truck outside. Walking in, it's 360 degrees of Suavecito and other related brands all around! It was super interesting to see the selections of all the different kinds of clothing , including for men, women, children and babies. Of course, what started it all - the Suavecito pomade and hair products are placed throughout the store as well. Interestingly, there's a barbershop but I didn't see it in use when visited. There's also a clearance section and collectible items that made for a fun shopping experience. The staff helped me out in pointing me to what I was looking for and even followed up on me as I shopped. They were super helpful even through my checkout process. The Suavecito store exceeded my expectations with its clean well kept store, the wide variety of products, the awesome service and is really one of a kind right in the heart of the city of Santa Ana! read more

Stopped by for the Johnny Cupcakes x Suavecito event and signing. Everything was well organized, the store was super clean, and everyone was very helpful. It is not super big inside, but there is plenty of product to look through. The store has different zones including the Sauvecita side of the store, the beard care side and kind of the misc. part that sells some of the other sister brands of Sauvecito. There is also a barbershop attached to the store and a sales section that is through the door in the back. In the sale section you will find crazy discounted items, and items from past stocks that never sold. I picked up some Tapatio x Sauvecito collab beard oil and an older Johnny Cupcakes x Sauvecito shirt. read more

I like coming down to the physical store to save on shipping and to check out the new products in person. Parking is super easy as they have a big parking lot. They also host events or warehouse sales in the parking lot. As far as the store it's a decent size. The front of the store has all the products and accessories. You can see all the new collabs they have and smell all the scents in person which is nice. When you head towards the back and to the side this is where they have all the clothes at. It's nice to be able to see all the clothing they have and try on if you are not sure on a size. If you are a fan of Suavecito I would highly recommend you come check this place out. read more

This store is huge, way bigger than I was expecting! They have everything in here. Hats, makeup, tons of shirts, every flavor pomade imaginable, you name it, and I love their designs. Love this hair product but was super disappointed to find out they changed their suavecita pomade from a 4oz can for 14 bucks to a 2 oz can for 12 bucks, seriously half the product for 2 dollars less? I have soft baby hair so I was able to express this to the team members who suggested the promade I purchased and I've been using the Suavecita promade ever since. ABOUT THE PRODUCT & PERSONAL EXPERIENCE USING IT: Suavecita smells great and holds really well. It doesn't harden my hair which I love and I'm still able to maintain my hold and keep my edges! Edges are important, okay!? Getting the wrong promade that's too hard of a hold can pull your hair out! That's not the work of THE LORD for my life! My edges need to be intact and together, AMEN! I stopped in to grab a few items for my BF. This was my first time at this location and holy cow I was blown away. Its a large store, with so much stuff!! They have a section for women & for men. Clothing, hair care products & makeup! I was looking for a particular scent of pomade for my BF, and the sweet girl helped me out but I was unable to find the scent I liked. She let me know it may have been a scent that was seasonal, which that ended up being the case. I ended up getting some goodies for my BF, but I will have to take him here to see what he ends up liking! We will def. be back to grab other products for myself as well! Not only are these products subpar (the hair dye leaves your head greasy for days and/ eyeliner always comes dry- you can find way better products from small businesses) but the owner also donated THOUSANDS of dollars to the trump campaign and administration. Been using Suavecito for 10+ years. Always bought it from my barber, but decided to check out the store. Noticed they had more options than my barber, and I was curious about the matte pomade. After talking with the associate, she assured me that if I didn't like it, I could come back and exchange it for the original. Well the Matte pomade doesn't hold well at all! After 2 uses and noticing my hair falling in my face mid-day, I decided to go exchange it. Went in and asked for an exchange and was immediately rejected. Explained that another associate said if I didn't like it, that an exchange for the Original Pomade was possible. I was then told that an exchange isn't possible because it was used. I asked how am I to know if I like the product if I don't use it? Response was "since you used it I can't put it back on the shelf to resell, best we can do is 20% off."
