While I was explaining the problem, they appeared distracted and intermittently ignored what I was saying--occasionally saying "hello" and then returning to whatever task they were doing. This made it very difficult to communicate the concern, and it left us feeling dismissed and unheard. I understand that restaurants can get busy and that issues do occur, but I believe customers should still be treated respectfully and taken seriously, especially when it involves a potential food safety problem. I would appreciate it if you could look into this matter and let me know how you plan to address both the undercooked food and the way the call was handled.
