We first called Virgil the owner of Class Act when our flooring contractor couldn't repair the stairs so they wouldn't squeak before laying down the wood on the stairs. So I researched and called around .... I was pleasantly surprised how responsive Class Act Renovators were... They came over when they said they would and repaired each step. The flooring contractors were also surprised about the squeak less steps... Class Act did such a great job with the stairs that we had them also help us with taking out a side door to make a window instead. They took care of it in two days!
