I live out of state so it took me some time to get the ring to them again to have that done, and when I went in, I was told if I wanted to buy a new mounting that they would put my diamonds into that mounting I don't feel like I should have to buy a new mounting for them to back up something that they sold to me I am very unhappy and have been purchasing items from them for over 20 years And I just feel like this is the wrong thing to do would not recommend them to anyone if this is how they stand behind their products

However, I went to repair a bracelet, and the same day I picked it up, I had the same issue (but it seems like in more places).
