The staff/techs were also really nice, which isn't critical, like the office space being nice - and with parking - which in Nassau can be pretty important. I explained that my upper left retainer detached immediately after my last cleaning at their office. I asked if the retainer could be rebonded, since it had come off as a direct result of the cleaning. The head dentist Dr. Suri, entered the room and stated that he would not rebond the retainer, instructing me to see my orthodontist instead. I explained that the orthodontist would charge me $200, and that the issue occurred due to their cleaning, not due to my neglect or misuse. Despite this, the dentist refused to provide the service. When I stated that I would file a complaint with my insurance and the medical board regarding the refusal, the dentist escalated the situation further by refusing to provide any treatment at all, including the scheduled filling. I was denied service solely because I expressed intent to exercise my right to file a grievance. Dr. Suri ran out of the room saying because I was going to complain he was refusing to service me. Following this incident, I submitted a HIPAA medical records request form asking for a complete copy of my dental records. In response, the office provided me with only two pieces of paper, which they claimed constituted my entire medical record. This is highly questionable and may represent failure to provide a full and accurate medical record as required by federal law. After leaving the office, the office manager called me to say that my orthodontist had agreed to rebond my retainer as a "courtesy." This was because I have a 15 yr relationship with the orthodontist and this is NOT the first time Suri Dental group has removed the bonding from my retainer. He has reported the dentist as well. However, during the same call, the office manager stated that they were dismissing me as a patient entirely and that they would now "put the entirety" of my medical records in the mail. 0/10 don't recommend!!!!!! You have rights as a patient, always use those rights. Unprofessional conduct (retaliating against a patient for stating intent to file a complaint).

Turns out I had an infection (not cavity) near the bone because of how the tooth was growing ( in an "S" formation close to the root). The reception and dental assistant were both very gentle and sweet, constantly checking on me while I waited. The wait wasn't ridiculous despite there being about 5 families/ groups ahead of me. After about 30 mins I saw the dr who was a young Jewish guy, very caring and warm. He took his time to look at the images. He explained because of how the tooth was growing they'd have to extract it but because of how it would affect my bite, they had to insert an implant at a later date. What I didn't expect was the projected bill of $11,000 despite having insurance. Baby! I would take that tooth out myself from the pain and that cost. I was flabbergasted. Like why? For transparency I am showing the bill. Thank God he prescribed me some pain medication to help me get through the night and the next morning I went right back to my dentist. Even the next day, his staff called several times to check up on me and see how I was doing. Again, 10 stars on the patient care. That price though is a straight hustle.

I first went here about ten years ago to get Invisalign aligners since I never got braces when I…read morewas growing up and I wasn't quite interested in getting regular ones. After some research I decided to choose Dr. Kleinrock since he was noted as an expert in the product. He did a great job on helping to straighten my teeth and fix the underbite I never knew I had with using the Invisalign and orthodontic rubber bands on part of the treatment. Throughout the treatment he gave me the trays to change every two weeks as he checked on my progress and made changes according to how my teeth shifted. My treatment was shy under two years after he extended my aligner sets by a few months at no additional cost to my payment plan that was agreed on. He was a great help even after treatment and I needed to get my retainer replaced after ware and tear. Dr. Kleinrock and his staff are fantastic in how they treat their patients. I recently convinced my fiancé to get his teeth fixed by Dr. Kleinrock as well. It's nice to see that the process to get fitted for Invisalign has changed since I went and has gone digital as opposed to the three molds they used to have to take. In the waiting room there is a couple of tvs with video games, local tv and magazines to keep you occupied while you wait. Waiting time generally isn't long at all anyway. The parking lot is on the smaller side, but I usually have no problem finding parking. I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs to get braces or aligners since their office gives the best professionalism and service.

Although…read moreSeth's office is over a 40 minute drive from our house, we consulted with Seth as a second opinion, at the high recommendation of a relative, after feeling uneasy with a local and popular orthodontist that we first consulted. Seth evaluated both of our children regarding their need for and the extent of any needed orthodontic care. Seth explained that the large gap between my daughter's two front teeth was very straight forward to repair and did not require more than one year of treatment (very different from what we were told by the first orthodontist). Fifteen months later (delayed only due to COVID), her braces are off and her teeth are perfect. Seth has also advised us, after three separate consultations over the past year and a half, that our son's mouth is not yet developed enough for braces and that we should wait (also very different from what we were told by the first orthodontist). Aside from having gifted hands and doing an amazing job correcting my daughter's gap, Seth is honest and trustworthy. It is about doing what is right for his patient and not about the money. He did not recommend the extensive and expensive work for my daughter that he could have and he has repeatedly pushed off any work on my son's mouth. It was a true pleasure working with Seth and his entire staff and would highly recommend him to all.
