I have used this company twice. Once, when I accidentally flushed my car key down the toilet at the mall, and once when my safe malfunctioned. Both times the same guy showed up within 20 minutes of contacting the company. I didn't ask his name, but he is very upbeat and positive. Especially in a dismal situation (unexpected expenses). Each time the price was competitive. The safe cracking was the cheapest of all the companies I contacted. The guy wad very professional and handled the task efficiently. He wore a mask the entire time he worked on both projects. He also had all the tools necessary for each project either in his car or his toolbox and worked very quickly. The knob of a very old door at my mom's house fell off and we got locked inside. Because this door is so old it had been hard to replace the knob and other parts that hold the knob. We had trouble with it for years.Guy arrived within 15 minutes because he was working in the area. He unlocked the door even though all that there was left was a hole. He replaced the knob and was done and out the door within ten minutes. He charged us $160. I had never had this happen before so I am not sure what the average price is but this was an emergency situation and he came fast. read more

Ran into some lock issues. Found Guy on Yelp, called him, discussed the issue, and he showed up 20 minutes later. He assessed the issue was due to a faulty handle. He had the parts and I authorized him to replace and repair. He did so in a quick and efficient manner. I then showed him another problem with my front door latch bolt. He tinkered with it using his bag of tools and was able to fix it. He then provided me with the manufacturer's contact information to order replacement parts. During this whole time, Guy was friendly, personable, communicative about what he was doing, and working on the issue. He obviously cares about his customers, wants to see them happy, and looks to be the "go to" whenever lock issues come up again.
