Norman, Sharon, Wen, and Ian are exceptional--not just in their craftsmanship, but as people. They are some of the kindest and most genuine individuals we've had the pleasure of working with. They care deeply about what they do, and it shows in both the quality of their work and their reliability and responsiveness. The way they treat their clients is truly next level. They are consistently on time, dependable, and deliver beautiful results. Norman has an incredible eye for selections, and I really enjoyed learning from him about cabinetry craftsmanship. Since this was our first home remodel, we leaned on his advice often--and many of his suggestions ended up shaping our home in the best way. Throughout the entire process, they went above and beyond. Anytime we had a vision, we could call Norman and the team, and they would find a way to bring it to life. Norman would come out, take measurements, and make it happen. When I wanted a custom bookcase, they absolutely delivered. That level of dedication and follow-through is rare. Wen also played a huge role throughout our remodel. From answering every question to supporting us through the final stages, he was incredibly kind, patient, and present the entire time. The customer service we experienced was outstanding, and the quality of the materials, custom cabinetry, and installation exceeded our expectations. You won't regret working with this team. It's rare to find people who care this much about their craft and their clients. We're incredibly grateful to them for showing us what true excellence looks like.

I needed a custom breakfast nook built in our condo to accommodate the needs of our growing family. I shopped around a LOT and got a wide range of estimates, ideas and time frames, none of which suited our budget or needs. (Not to mention, very few contractors had examples of their work to look over.) Fortunately, I stumbled upon TrimLogic and was impressed with the pictures posted and his reviews. Craig replied to my inquiry immediately and was able to provide a reasonable estimate (especially considering the level of his work). I had a very specific idea of what I wanted and he was able to work with my design and improve it! He added the little details that really made this piece shine like matching the moulding, add little extras, installing soft shut hinges and appropriate finishes. He convinced me to stain the bench top to match my cabinets and leave the base and wainscotting white. What a brilliant idea! The bench visually flows into my kitchen cabinets without overwhelming the area with all white or all wood. He thought of all the things that I didn't even know I should be concerned about. Craig was a very respectful of my family and home during the installation process. The majority of the bench build and painting/staining occurred offsite. This meant less mess, noise and smell in my house. Craig arrived on time (or would text me if running late) and he always cleaned up every day! He was conscious to protect our walls, hardwood floor and even the outdoor area where he worked. He even worked around my toddler's nap schedule and kept the noise to a minimum during that time. I don't need to sit here and describe the quality and beauty of his work. You can see & read this for yourself in the pictures and reviews on Yelp, Facebook and his website. I really appreciated his communication promptness; he always responded to me immediately. Also, he managed his time and budget extremely well. He gave us an installation date (and length of time) and did not run over nor did he underestimate his budget. Finally, he took pride in his work and his company and made sure the process and end product lived up to his standards. My only warning? Act fast ... he books up quickly!! Thank you Craig and TrimLogic for our beautiful breakfast nook. We can now all sit down together for dinners and connect as a family. You can't put a price on that!

Our kitchen had succumbed to age and use. It's unworkable spaces and flaking veneer cried, "HELP…read moreME!" We committed to revive it... Not being major DYI'ers, we sought an expert. This was our first experience using a contractor. After interviewing a few to see if our ideas, personalities, and budget were a match, we knew immediately that Grant Shanafelt, owner of Creative Home Remodeling, was they guy for our job. To start, Grant designed some 3-D renditions of the space; all very nice; he is a master of making EVERY space usable, and his designs have lots of nifty built-ins to make accessing those spaces easy. We got to see an example of his craftsmanship first hand in his shop. Our kitchen has needed renovating for a long time, but while it was sad and used to the eye, the bones of the structure were solid. The idea of going with all new cabinets was going against our "green" grain, so we asked Grant if he was open to working with our "old" kitchen materials and reconfiguring them. He was up for the challenge, and we signed the contract. Six-and-a-half weeks later we're "cookin' with gas" in our beautiful new space. We love it! So, from our perspective, here's the positives regarding Grant and CHR: Great work ethics True to his word Has good ideas, but is also open to ideas Good communication Good solid workmanship Would we use Creative Home Remodel again? Absolutely!

Putting in the shower was like holding a family reunion everyday for 5 weeks :) Seriously through, from the design stage to the clean up, Creative Home Remolding turned out to be the right contractor for the job and Grant was able to get the right with the idea that there was no reason to move the drain-yay! Everything came out great and yep, the drain is doing just fine where it is. It just shows that shopping around pays off as I got prices all over the board with a high coming in at 30,000 dollars and low coming in a 6,000 dollars-Creative Home Remolding came in very reasonable for all the work that was done. Grant suggested ideas and was open to suggestions from me. In addition to the shower, he put in my new faucets in the kitchen and bathrooms. Never go against the family and for your next project-go with Creative Home Remodeling
