I wanted to get someone I could trust to treat me right and do a good job. Impressed right from the start. They said they would show up in 30 min and arrived in 25. The son of the owner was driving the truck. He could have given me a hard time or made fun of what I did but instead he was very friendly, very professional, and demonstrated quickly how good he is at what he does. Taking his time to get things right and used exceptional care, he made short work of getting my truck to a safe location. He caused no additional damage although I was certain it would be difficult not to. The price to save my truck was more than fair. I chose the $14.99 wash ($1.50 more for trucks) but was charged $27+. A little frustrating having to work that out when I was clear about the wash I wanted. Once my truck was done (pretty quick, actually), I had to have them go back over it as there were still lots of bugs on the bumper, grill and hood. Two guys spent some time recleaning it but it was still dirty. I went ahead and just left but I had to go back over several areas myself once I got home and I really didn't want to do that. Also, a wet dog smell lingered inside from the cloths they were using. Probably won't be going back to this place.
