The marinade they use for cooking is notably on the sweeter side. The ribs did not need extra bbq sauce in my opinion. The sides were just okay to me: Mac n cheese - nice and creamy but the real tasty cheese flavor was only in the melty cheese globs. Collard greens - good flavor but definitely on the salty side. Lots of meat in this side. Baked beans - your average sweet baked beans, tasty! Side salad - upgrade for $2 - portion was reasonable for price. I was disappointed by the dressing i selected, the vinaigrette. It was mostly oil and little vinegar leading to a very light and unnoticeable flavor. We added extra crawfish, sausage, and potatoes and went with the Garlic Butter Cajun sauce. All of this cost $45.99. The flavor was on point: buttery and the right level of spice.
