They unilaterally CANCELLED my delivery and slapped me with a $200 cancellation fee. To make matters worse, they told me I couldn't even attempt to reschedule for another 48 hours, leaving me without my essential items. Their customer service is a joke--they promised me they would call me back on updates but THEY NEVER DID!! This is predatory behavior. They ignore their customers' requests and just to collect cancellation fees. If you value your time and your money, DO NOT USE CLUTTER. The cost of those items was $3000. They said I didn't have the right "insurance". Why did I need additional insurance to make sure they did the basic job of moving my stuff and not stealing my couch????? They reimbursed me $1500. half of what they owed me. After I paid them more than $20k to move my stuff. BEYOND disappointing. After my review, they reached out and fully reimbursed me for the replacement cost.
