Very durable material and packaging was super clean and neat. Through all of the places I've been in contact with, J6 designs one of the most accommodating companies I can think of. First impression was very great for me as they helped us out along the way, and their selection of screen printable clothing is massive. I first got jackets ordered and screen printed on, but it was not possible to tell that they would be peeling off after a while. After I talked to Rick about it, they definitely put in their effort to make things right. We were offered to have our jackets fixed and reprinted, as well as a discount on our next order. And that is almost exactly what we were given. After getting all of the initial order business out of the way, we had a massive bulk job that was needed within a week. They were kind enough to give us the discount on top of a waived rush charge. All in all, finished product is good most of the time, and customer service is very helpful and accommodating. read more

I had to get some sweaters made for my sorority and was shopping around for a place to make them. After getting the runaround from a different company near my home in LA, I ended up only having a five day turnaround for the order. I was freaking out at this point and I was still waiting to hear back from the other company when my mom suggested we go with J6 Designs near her job in Rancho since they not only quoted her the lowest price, but were extremely responsive and said they could do the order in a week. Thank God she found them! They had the lowest set up fee for the graphic and lowest quote per sweater than other companies I had researched. I gave them my design on Monday and the J6 Designs team was able to get the job done so I could pick them up on Friday for our party on Saturday. I created a design on powerpoint that included lettering and a logo. I sent them a detailed photo of the logo and they recreated it as a computer graphic for an all embroidery design the same day (the company I first spoke with in LA still didn't have the graphic set up or the quote when I followed up with them a week later!). Thais sent me proofs via email and was very accomodating and helpful as I gave feedback and suggestions for the final design. Their process is very organized and you have to confirm the final proof and approve it for production before they do your order, so you can rest assured it will come out how you want it! Thais was extremely professional and helpful on the phone and in email and the final product came out excellent! The sweaters looked amazing, my sorority sisters were so happy and excited to wear them, and we got so many compliments on the quality and design! Everyone wanted to know where we got them done and I happily referred them to J6 Designs! We frequently need custom attire for our sorority and I will continue to use J6 Designs for future orders. read more
