Took him into another local vet last week who basically wanted us to go see oncologist after they did a needle biopsy and it was inconclusive. Or do labs etc. the vet office was charging a large amount. I talked to a friend who recommended Paw Project. I had never heard about it. Let me say the value of the labs was significantly cheaper and the appointments were not too far out. Was able to come in for the service we needed for a fraction of the cost. Everyone was super friendly; and took amazing care of our sweet boy. His labs came out great,

After the exam, I was told straight up that my dog didn't need dental cleaning, so I could not book the service. I decided to purchase heartworm preventatives using their online pharmacy, but after EIGHT attempts in a month to get the medication, the order was rejected EVERY SINGLE TIME by their veterinarian. Each time the reason was that there was a prescription on file already so they could not approve an order request, but there WAS no prescription on file to begin with. All I can assume is that Pawproject wants my dog to get heartworm infection and die. I hate Pawproject and will report them to the Georgia Board of Veterinary Medicine. Don't go there.

She wasn't pushy like other places we had visited. Meagan really has a genuine love for her pups. We went in looking for a Poodle and ended up with a Maltipoo. My girls and especially my wife were in love at first sight. There was just a peace in knowing she was the one for us. After being in our family for several days now, that peace has been confirmed even more. Cali or Callie (we haven't decided on the spelling yet) is her name since we're from there. Lord bless Meagan's business. Thank you for everything. (John 3:16-21and verse 36.

I recently brought home two teacup Yorkshire Terriers, and I am absolutely in love with them. From the moment I picked them up, I could tell how much love and care had gone into raising them. One of them, Tiny, went straight to the pee wee pad when we got home--such a smart little guy! His older brother Titan loves to cuddle and falls asleep in my sisters arms when she hold him. Seeing how they behave really shows how well they're cared for and prepped before going to their forever homes. The experience was smooth, the environment was clean, and it's clear the team at Precious Petite Puppies truly cares about every single pup. I've attached some photos so you can see just how adorable they are! If you're even thinking about adding a furry friend to your life, definitely check them out!

My older female cat started to get knots on her fur and she's an extremely anxious cat we couldn't…read morehelp her or get the knots out all. We searched for weeks on a safe and caring place to take her because we are so scared of animal abuse or aggressive humans. We took a chance with this place, heads up you will need to sign up on the app first, have the rabies decal and vaccinations ready to upload on the app before you can get an appointment. Somehow the person who took care of our cat was able to shave her, wash her, trim nails. We had to be called to come get her earlier than expected because she was hyperventilating. This tells me they took her health seriously and the situation and they were successfully able to shave her all over and bathe her to get her to a better healthy situation. I hate that they had to go through that with my cat but very grateful for their help. The package came out to around 75-85$.

I called to book a grooming appointment for my dog who has anxiety, and instead of feeling…read moresupported, the conversation felt discouraging. I completely understand that some dogs need extra care, but it was made to seem like it was a huge issue that he might need assistance, as if dogs don't commonly have anxiety or past trauma. I was also repeatedly asked if I was sure I wanted to book, even after explaining multiple times that I just needed a simple wash and trim because grooming him at home has been difficult. It started to feel like I was being talked out of booking rather than helped. After that call, I ended up booking somewhere else that he's been to before, and they took him in with no hesitation and were very understanding about his anxiety. The difference in how I was treated was very clear. Because of this experience, I just wanted to share this feedback in hopes that future customers are spoken to with more understanding and reassurance.

Tiger Tails had been my dog's primary vet for at least 4 years. I brought my dog to Tiger Tails…read moreafter an emergency hospital visit the night before due to vomiting and fever. The emergency hospital had given him a fever-reducing shot that was supposed to last 24 hours. When we arrived at Tiger Tails first thing the next morning, we clearly told the staff and doctor about this and that it had only been 12 hours since it was given. The doctor took his temperature, did a quick checkup, and said he was fine -- then sent us home. We had pleaded that it was strange he wasn't eating or drinking and he was vomiting with hints of blood, but she kept insisting that he may have just ate something bad or just elder dog symptoms. Just 13 hours later, my dog passed away. I trusted Tiger Tails to take our concerns seriously and to monitor him properly after everything he had been through, but I feel that they dismissed his condition too easily. I am heartbroken and will never forget how this was handled. Please be cautious and make sure your pet gets the thorough care they deserve.

Very early on she started developing a cough and then wheezing, and then runny nose and I was so concerned I couldn't wait two more days for my already scheduled vet apt with another place. I called Tiger tails as soon as they opened this morning and I spoke with Jordan, and she was so unbelievably kind and helpful. She worked her butt off to get us in as early as possible, and even called me back twice to offer two earlier times, which we took. As soon as we got there we were greeted with super friendly staff. They led us to our excluded room (because of the cough) and every single vet tech and vet that came in was amazing. They were so gentle and loving to my baby, and explained everything they were doing. She did a thorough examination, asked questions, and determined it was kennel cough and sent me off with two different meds. I am a pretty anxious person when it comes to illnesses, especially since this is my first dog I personally own, but they were so welcoming and understanding, putting me at ease. I am SO glad I ended up going here, and will be going back for all her future shots/check ups. Thank you to the entire staff that helped me and my baby today!!
