The doctor then called me and said he was concerned about my cat's health and wanted to do more blood work. He scared me into submission. They charged me over 300.00 for the extra blood work. When the results came back, turns out my cat is 100% healthy. It cost over 800.00 to find out my cat is healthy. When I asked to speak to a doctor about the bill, they started making excuses why a doctor couldn't speak with me. They said they would have one call me Monday. Never happened. Very unprofessional and dishonest. Do not use this clinic.

The classes met once a week for eight weeks. Due to the amount of people that enrolled the classes were split in two. Oh and the doctor " offered " us over $1500 original bill for those simple body check for animal . This is blackmailing !!!! . Plus a 50$ deposit just to make an appointment. Because all of the other places are fully booked today so we went here just to get my cat a vaccine and some flea meds . Turns out it cost more than $1000. And the doctor won't give me the flea meds unless I did the blood check for the cat which cost extra money and she also recommends me some other useless expensive options Also the front girl is super rude . After I told them three times they still spelled my name and address wrong and when she ask me what's my address on the phone , I said let me think about it ( because I have multiple house to live in) . And I heard she talk to the other girl said : wow she didn't know her address. So I told her , girl it's not I don't know my address it's just that I have different places to live at .when I left I asked her to email me my receipts and she didn't email me and when I call them again to ask them to email me she said : I already give you a hard copy , do you still want me to email me ? He loves Ann, every-time she comes he gets so excited but he always responds appropriately because she really knows dogs. Whenever she leaves he runs around looking for her. I'm learning so much about my dog and I'm so proud of him for how much he is learning. I highly recommend Ann, she is wonderful to work with! Also I saw the 1 star review that talked about meds and face coverings. Ann has never suggested either of those things. She teaches based off of positive reinforcement. She was even telling me about the dangers of shock collars and how she steers clients aware from those based off of the facts. She was the first person I ever saw my dog listen too even when he was excited so she knows what she is doing and what she has taught me so far has been very helpful!
