They are patient, thorough and very caring to you and your pet. I would have given 5 stars but there is one vet that we saw 1 time and as long as we do not see Dr. Durrence, we will continue to go back. She was very short and didn't want to listen to all the symptoms our sick dog went through the past 24 hours, but what really did it is the disrespect she gave to the Care Associate, Rebecca in front of us. She must be as exceptional as the other vets and maybe she was having an off day, but the disrespect in front of pet owners was a no-no for me. Due to the extreme care the rest of the staff gives, we will stay and request that our dog not see Dr. Durrence.

I've been a loyal client of this veterinary practice for years--even after moving 45 minutes away, I continued making the drive because I trusted them. Unfortunately, that trust has been worn down. On March 6, I scheduled an appointment via text and was under the impression everything was set. I drove 45 minutes with both of my dogs, only to be told when I arrived that there was no appointment on record. I had important concerns I'd been waiting to address and was simply turned away. This is the second time a scheduling error like this has happened. Between busy schedules and the cost of gas, this kind of mistake isn't just frustrating--it's completely unacceptable. At this point, I've lost confidence in their communication and level of care. It's disappointing after so many years, but I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

They've been so easy to communicate with, and the staff was phenomenal with our pups (we ended up taking a new puppy to them that my husband just brought home on this visit). I couldn't been happier with this switch! Dr. Granberry seems like such a sweet and caring Veterinary Doctor!
