The coaches here are all extremely attentive and provide you with their best knowledge to help you achieve your goal. They are all very well educated on what they do and are very patient and encouraging while still pushing you to work hard! It's a great and fun environment and I never leave disappointed. I've also taken the Power Pilates class twice and I'm pleased to announce that though it was my first time I found it to be a great workout. I've taken the Restorative Yoga class after having a member recommend it. The instructor of that class was Kia( she also taught my second Pilates class) she welcomed me and answered my questions after the class. If you are looking for a new place for your workouts I would definitely recommend visiting. Stephanie, the manager, is wonderful and kind and will help in any way she can. The instructors are great to work with and understand the importance of being good at motivating people.
