The work done by this company came with lots of late bad news. They could have warned us we needed gate work. But getting that info later meant fewer options to try some other company. After they accidentally cut our pool pump power conduit, they were very slow to decide to fix if we paid a lot more to fix it " completly" $1,800 more about twice what my electrical expert charged. GWP did a fantastic job re-plastering and re-tiling my mother and father-in-law's pool for a great price. They also installed new equipment and offered to get the equipment for them basically at cost. They offered an abundant amount of tiles to select from, and only excepted payments when they completed certain milestones of the project. They were professional and efficient. read more

Yea you said you finish, you didn't do anything not even supervise the job or came down to see the finish hack job you sublet, to see how the quality of work of the sublet. And I found out later they were all immigrants you sublet. Not even certify license contractor, The job was finish in 2021 of November, so why did the paver stone sank in three month after the job was done 2021 of November. I did some research, I will bet you $30,000 that they didn't add any gravel and compacted anything under the paver stone. And then you sublet the work to another clown Felipe the boss of Omega pool remodel. The pool plaster has a three year warranty Felipe said so, he didn't even come down to supervise any of his sublet work. To see the quality of plaster they use or the workmanship. both of GWP builders & Omega pool remodeling, were to laze to drive 40 miles. How in the world can you say you cover all of Los Angeles county, You didn't even drive to the job site. or just to show some interest of the $30,000 you took from me. Like I said I will bet you $30.000 that your guys did a hack job. The same goes to Omega pool remodel. look at the pictures they don't lie. read more

Beware of hiring this company. We practically had to demand the GC Ofer Levav to show up at our home to discuss the poor workmanship and he refused to peel back the pavers to evaluate his work. He offered to only repair the sunk bricks when in fact the entire job around our pool was done very poorly. Pavers and bricks were uneven throughout. He is unprofessional, tries to speak over you, and mentioned he does not visit every job as a GC suppose to. He hires people that are uniquified to cut labor cut and save money. One of his workers left their truck parked in front of our home for a month and refused to take. We got nowhere with this company. Our next step is to file a report to the state board and or hire an attorney. PASS ON THIS COMPANY and hire another. read more

We spent 3-4 months searching and meeting with several contractors to build our Dream infinity pool and hardscape. His estimate was fair (we got 5 from reputable, licensed pool builders). Most of the others claim they build pools but when you look up their license number it says general contractors. GWP services shows they build pools. After meeting Ofer and Gideon Z"L. I knew right away he was the guy for the job. First of all, he and his team makes you feel very comfortable from the start. He listened to all of our ideas and made recommendations based on what we wanted pros and cons and gave his professional opinion on all which showed his experience. He then provides all the options and different mechanisms that are available for the project, including lights, tile and pool equipment. There are no hidden costs or up-selling of standard equipment as many pool contractors do. Every upgrade is up to us and everything is up front and in writing. Ofer is as courteous and professional as you can get. Throughout the entire process, Ofer and the GWP team was extremely helpful and on top of the project. Keeping us up on the progress at each stage of the pool build. He was either at our home or on the phone with us every step of the way and was right on schedule throughout (no absentee contractor here). As expected we had a few hiccups, but they were quickly resolved. On a daily basis, we were in contact in person, email or by phone, providing assurance, proactively discussing the next steps and making sure that we were happy all along the way. His workers are also very knowable, friendly and experienced. They are hard workers and they showed up every day on the job until it was finished. They even worked in between the rain each day. The team of between 2-8 guys from GWP was dedicated to finish our job as quickly as possible. Again, they showed up every day without any excuses. We had boulders and waterfalls built from scratch by his crew that made our infinity pool about as custom and unique as they come, way over the top. Everyone that comes over says wow and can't believe how our backyard was totally change to a backyard paradise. We added a large 8'x8' jacuzzi with custom jets delivering an extra soothing relaxing back massage. Also, the custom 15 color LED light show adds to knock this party pool out of the park. Finally, we had a cool Baja sun deck added with 3 chase lounges for extra enjoyment. Yes, these guys can and did it all for us, we got all the bells and whistles on this pool. It truly is a beautiful pool and we are so happy we chose GWP services. Contracts mean nothing to them neither does customer service. If you are considering having your house or pool reconstructed, use someone else. Stay away from this company. The initial Salesperson is a fast talker, signed a contract to cancel in (3) days. They started project next day. Middle of the project "they" wanted to do initial work that wasn't agreed to. So your response was she owes you thousands? You failed to complete the work which was promised and also made several attempts to come to our house and have my son, under 21 to sign another contract. Do NOT USE THIS COMPANY! 3 years ago we had our pool completely re-plastered. When we noticed chunks coming off the wall last month that needed repair, THEY WOULD NOT CALL US BACK!!!!! After multiple attempts, we gave up trying and have to pay an exorbitant amount of money to have another pool company do the job right this time. Yes they were cheaper than other companies, but they Don't call you back when there's a problem, don't give a certain number year guarantee (like other companies), and in the end they did crappy work. GWP sent Hayne (Hannah) to work with us from start to finish in the repiping and resurfacing of our pool as well as the addition of pavers and the facelift of a retaining wall. We can't say enough about the good work she did in guiding us through the entire process. She answered every question and when she didn't know the answer, she asked Ofer, the contractor, and got back to us in a timely manner. We are pleased with the outcome of our project. But the son of the owner (Isaac the project manager) won't listen to anything the salesman says and does whatever he wants. GWP services has been great to work with. Living in the hills of Studio City during last months rain storm we had 10 feet of a 8 foot high cinder block wall come down at the back of our house. It was imperative that we move quickly on this as it was holding back the hill. Their representative Guy arrived on time and accessed what was needed to repair the wall. He came up with a plan of attack. Plan A and Plan B depending on what needed to be do be done once they cleared all the debris and were able to access the footing. Both of them were reasonably priced quotes considering we lived "South of the Blvd". You all know what I mean. I liked Guy's attitude for doing what needed to be done. They completed the job in less in a week with more rebar and concrete to the brim making the wall stronger than ever. I will definitely use their services again. read more

We hired GWP to replaster, retile and recope our pool, replace the concrete deck and widen the driveway. The project did grow a couple of times as we went along, but we didn't have a clear idea of what we wanted to end up with going in, or even what could be done, so we probably jumped the gun on initiating the work, but it worked out anyway. No serious regrets. They could definately be more organized (bricks would be showing up at random times, resulting in pallets being stacked all over the side yard, which took some time to recover) and they like getting paid bit by bit, which was annoying, (way too complicated!), but when we had specific issues, they made a special effort to resolve them right away, and the quality of the work done was very good. In the end, we got a result we can enjoy for years to come, and we don't have a pile of "we shouldas" hanging over (which is the most important thing!) For the minimal guidance we gave them, they came up with some good ideas, executed on it, and we got a result we'll be happy with for a long time to come. read more

I recently moved to Encino and after inspecting the house I knew I had to retile and replaster the pool because the owners previously simply did not take care of it. I got quotes from 5 different contractors in regards to the pool. I was shocked how expensive some of these guys quoted me for such a small pool. I was devastated because I just spent so much money on purchasing the home and I wouldn't be able to use the pool for the summer. A friend recommended GWP to me, and after investigating the situation, they were A. the fairest B. The most truthful. C. The most comforting. The ladies in the office and I spoke everyday to go over what was going to happen each day and at what time. They were very efficient and well mannered throughout the process. My pool looks brand new and I couldn't be happier. I saved thousands of dollars going with GWP rather than other outrageous companies that had quoted me pre-hand. Ofer was very sincere and educating in the process of explaining to me how each day things would break down and Maggie and Leah made sure If I ever had an questions, they would respond immediately. I always recommend people do their research like I did, before going with a company you feel comfortable with.
