I found this professional exercise equipment store online and decided to drop by and see what they have. Apparently, they have many locations all throughout the east coast from New York all the way to Florida. Apparently many celebrities purchase equipment from them as well and their clients also include many hotels, gyms and YMCAs. I was looking for a treadmill and a basic weight machine that would go into my basement. They had several models on the floor to choose from with machines with fans, tvs or just the basic model. The best thing about this company is that they service their own equipment and so will come to your door to replace and fix anything that is out of order. They also test all of their equipment to make sure that they are in good working order and if something fails they are able to order parts quickly. Keep a look out for discounts on the floor models. It's significantly cheaper than getting a new machine so I would go with those! They have light usage and are likely to be just as good as a brand new machine. They sell all sorts of stationary bikes, free weights and other exercise equipment that you may want to include. They do deliver and are flexible working with your schedule. I worked with Dan Norton today and he is not only knowledgeable but nice and great to work with. He answered all our questions and helped us purchase all our equipment explaining everything along the way. Obviously, I like to support local AND they advertised a 100% price match guarantee on my quote, their website, and at the physical store location. So I put the items I wanted to buy on the websites cart and sent pics and the link to them so they could match and proceed with my $1500 purchase, but got an email just saying "cant match price". Was very bummed as they were STRONGLY advertising the price match guarantee. I like the business, but I do want to warn other customers that the price match guarantee they offer is a lie. So I am ordering the stuff I wanted from the site at a cheaper price, free shipping and no tax. I have no problem with them not matching prices, JUST DON'T ADVERTISE that! But service is good there. Unfortunately the Nordic Trac finally crashed as it must be at least 10+yrs old now and was not running properly. We drove about 20min to the Hanover Washington Street Precision Fitness where I had called ahead just to get a better idea of what type of treadmills they have on site that we could buy. When we arrived we were nearly greeted at the door by two representatives that were expecting us and ready to show us the treadmill that fit our needs best with many options for us to consider. This was a great experience since we were actually speaking to someone who actually cared more about us and making sure this next treadmill is the right one for us and really went over all of the differences between treadmills making our decision process much easier. The price point was right on and they even gave me a bit of a better deal at the store too which basically made the delivery free! We got the delivery of our new treadmill later that week and the delivery/set-up crew was also spot on! They moved our old machine to the side and placed the new one down right where we wanted it. The best part of it all is, that the nice guys checked out my old Nordic Trac treadmill and were even able to fix it for the time being so this now gives me two treadmills and now easier for me and my wife to run together at the same time! They did not charge me any extra for moving old equipment and taking the additional 35min it took for them to go into the old treadmill and fix it! (they would have taken the old treadmill away for free anyways) Precision Fitness really looks to sell the right piece of equipment to the right person fitting your needs and doing so in a very professional way.

This was the brand she pointed to, because she said they last pretty well (it's what she uses in her studio). I got them pretty quickly, in about 3 days. They were really cheap, too--about $2.50 each, so I bought a few. So that's all good. They really need to come up with another way to do shipping costs, though. The items I bought cost $10.50 total and the shipping--on items that are measured in ounces, not pounds--was $9.99. The heaviest thing by a long shot was the catalog that they sent; the items I purchased weighed almost nothing and the only reason they would have needed to be in a package as large as what they came in was because of the catalog. I know that shipping is the mailing but also the materials, but... yikes. I went ahead because I was placing my order at midnight and wasn't sure where I'd be able to go get them elsewhere in the next couple days, but next time I'd probably just take the time to visit Fitness Factory and pick stuff up.

Bought several thousand dollars of equipment from Mr. Noel Roby. What was originally delivered was…read moregarbage made in China that produced a terrible off-gasing smell- who knows what they put into the rubber? So I had dumbells from 10- 100 lbs. and fixed barbells from 40- 110 pounds or so. First Mr. Roby tried to get me to wash them with some kind of cleaner. When this didn't work, he assured me it would dry out and stop smelling- waited a month or so, the entire basement smelled of this gas and he finally replaced the dumbbells. He hasn't replaced the fixed barbells and they are the only thing in the entire gym with over $20,000 in exercise equipment that give off this horrible odor. Mr. Roby has become completely unresponsive. I advised him 4 months ago that if these are not replaced I would post complaints on social media. Mr. Roby is charming fellow and gave me good prices- but delivered real garbage. Buyer Beware! This is just my first post of what will be many. I plan to post this on a different social media site every day until I get satisfaction.
