When I asked why, I was told the day passes are basically for selling memberships. So apparently the pass is only "free" if you're viewed as a potential sale. That's completely different from how it's presented online. If the free pass is conditional upon membership intent, that should be stated clearly before people waste their time making the trip. The employee was polite, so this isn't a complaint about the staff. It's a complaint about a marketing practice that feels misleading. Calling something a "free day pass" and then deciding at the front desk whether it applies is frustrating and leaves a bad first impression. Won't be coming back and I will be spreading this information as well to others before they waste their time on a drive.

My partner just came back…read morefrom playing basketball in the gym when this dumb incompetent worker who was not paying attention decided to close his ankle in the bleachers while she was closing it up, she didn't even bother to check if the bleachers where clear of any items or people. He went to grab his items from the bleachers and she started to close them so he started to yell at her stop multiple times very loud even another person who was playing basketball stopped and heard him yelling for help, so my partner turns around and sees her incompetent self looking down and not paying attention. Once she finally notices after a couple minutes of crushing his ankle she proceeds to say "did you get caught" and he says "yes" and instead of asking him if he's okay she asks him to reach her a ball from the top of the bleachers that she just CLOSED while he can barely put any weight on his foot. I hope nobody leaves their child unattended with this woman (she is a blonde young girl) unless they want their child crushed by the bleachers as well. Hopefully she loses her jobs she's a major liability.

Usually this location is super crowded but on a Friday night it wasn't as packed as usual. I was able to get a good workout session and many equipments were open and available to use. The gym is kept clean and well maintained with the exception of couple of machine handles being broken. There is a cleaning guy who was vacuuming the floors and he made sure he wasn't in anyone's way. The staff members today were more attentive to gym members scanning in. An improvement from last time I visited this location. The men's locker room is also kept clean and the dry sauna was also in great shape. Yes I would recommend this location to others and will be back again in the future. This Crunch is located in a plaza that has other interesting stores you can check out. There are also plenty of parking spaces available!

There are a bunch of law enforcement, firefighters, healthcare workers, and everything in between at this box. If you come alone and want to join in with a group, they are so welcoming. The owners of the box usually workout in the morning and are so awesome and friendly. They operate as an open gym. So you can reserve a spot and workout by yourself or you'll find another person in their working out on their own as well. Everyone is super chill here and treat each other as family. They include 3 different programs at this box that you can follow. They have cardio only, Crossfit, or bodybuilding. You could switch it up if you'd like there are no restrictions. The place is very clean and this gym operates on the honor system so just be mindful if you do join to clean up after yourself and care for the gym like it's your home!

The bottom floor encompasses the pool, jacuzzi, steam room, dry sauna, locker rooms, and membership area. The top floor houses the cardio equipment, weight area, cardio and cycle studios, personal training and workout areas. The floor also features floor to ceiling windows allowing in natural sunlight. All of the equipment is brand new. Bonus: I have never seen so many attractive men at a LA Fitness working out. This alone is enough of a reason to make this my new favorite gym.

We were using UFC Fit in Pines for $175/mo for 2 people and weights were never racked, the gym was also overcrowded at all hours. We're paying about 1/3 of that for both of us monthly and ALL CLASSES + ACCESS TO ALL AREAS ARE FREE!!! #winning
