I'm updating my review now that I've used their catering services. We were having a party for my son, and I wanted something yummy and easy for adults to have. I thought of a few options then remembered our fave, Gyromania. There food is consistent and their staff is always nice when we go. I wasn't sure how many adults were coming, but thought it would be between 15 and 20. I ordered catering for 13 people (odd number I know but that's what felt good. Ha!) You get one of each meat, rice, pita, salad, and all the sauces. However I just asked for 3 orders of chicken and one of lamb. The food was delicious as always and everyone raved about it. Witb 20 or so people eating, we ended up having enough food for everyone, plus a few people took some home and I had some meat left over and plenty of sauces too! I'm a local and consistent customer of Gyromania and have gone for many years. However, in recent months, I feel that the quality of service, particularly for online ordering, has tanked. In what restaurant is it acceptable to give someone a few strands of lettuce and deem it a topping? I understand this is a smaller portion, but the serving size is disproportionate. Unfortunately, this isn't the first occurrence. Other times, I am barely given enough meat to fill the pita. Prices have gone up, and serving portions and service has gone down. There are some unpleasant servers too, who seem to have issue with our special orders. Overall, I'm very disappointed and hope things improve. read more

Really good! Man who helped us was great, the woman was not. Def pricey at about $20 a plate, but you get a loooot of food. We had leftovers! I love that you get a whole pita to make your own wrap instead of a couple triangle pieces. The rice has a light olive oil flavor and the lamb meat is yummy and non greasy. This review is long overdue. I've been going to this location since they've opened. And every time they have not disappointed me. Their meats are so flavorful and juicy. The sauces, jam packed with fresh flavors. Today, we decided to give their breakfast a try. Wow is all I have to say! Ordered their lamb gyro omelette and their Cyprus Breakfast. All amazing! A GREAT accidental find!!! Wifey and I had no intention of going to Gyromania. We'd never even heard of this place before. So how did we end up here? We were stuck in traffic on the Interstate 5 freeway, and my better half was getting hungry cause she had not eaten for about 16 hours. I knew that if I wanted to keep her happy, then I needed to get her fed. She can be really grouchy when she's hungry!! Hahahaha!!! After exiting the freeway, I randomly entered the shopping plaza strip mall that this restaurant is located. First places that caught our eyes were Noah's Bagels and Subway. Almost went to Subway cause I had a coupon. Then we spotted Gyromania. Greek food sounded good cause we haven't had this cuisine so far in 2023. So we stepped inside with no idea what to expect. Personally, I was expecting it to not be that great. I like researching places on Yelp before I go, but did not do that this time. Order at the counter, then find a table to dine at and enjoy your food. After speaking with a couple of their awesome employees, Wifey and I decided to share their Gyromania Fries. These fries are combined with oregano flakes, tzatziki sauce, parsley, crumbled feta cheese, and your choice of meat. We chose the lamb. OMG!!!!! These Gyromania Fries tasted INCREDIBLE!!!! Seriously, one of the best fries we've ever eaten in our lives!! Everything went so well together. Each bite was mouthwatering delicious!! The lamb was amazing! Tender and yummy without a bad aftertaste I usually get from eating lamb. 5+ stars for this dish!!! The portion size was generous, and my wife and I could barely finish it!! Also tried their Greek donuts, but we were too full to totally enjoy them. Can't wait to try them again in the future, though, so I can really appreciate them! Highly Highly Highly Recommend you try Gyromania!! We look forward to dining here from time to time whenever we can. Ii like the convenience of this spot when we want to drive to Gyromania and we don't have much time, however the location on Soledad Canyon is the BEST! I took off 1 star because the staff could show more enthusiasm when they greet their customers. At the other location, people were a lot friendlier and livelier when they say "OPA!!" and that makes a huge difference. For some reason also, i think everything else is fresher at the other location. Nonetheless, you can expect the food will be good! read more

Their rice is awesome, spiced really well, their meat is also spiced well, they have great sauce including spicy stuff and garlic sauce. It was all so good. The staff are super kind. The restaurant kind of looks like your typical fast food joint, so it's casual. Stopped here for a take out run on our way to the mountains. If you are on the 5, easy to get to and easy to jump back on the freeway. Plenty of parking space right outside. The place itself on the outside and inside are kept very clean. The vibrant colors gives such a chilled vibe. I personally loved the framed first responders patch case. A lot of patrons in line ahead of us but it moved rather quickly. They do not accept cash but who doesn't carry a card theses days. So much more convenient. Been wanting to try this place since it opened and tonight I finally did. Came here around 6:50 pm on a Saturday. There was no line. I informed the person assisting me that it was my first time there. And he was super nice and patient. i opted for the kids meal set because the portions looked pretty big here on Yelp. Food: I ordered the kid's gyro. I chose chicken as my protein in which I was hesitant because chicken is usually dry. There were 2 types of chicken to choose from and I chose the skewered chicken. It was delicious. The chicken was moist, tender, and flavorful. I had a choice of salad, rice, or fries. I opted for the salad and it was a very good size. This was served with a pita that was nice a fluffy. Upon paying for my meal I was asked if I wanted some sauces... and because it was my first time there I said sure why not. We also deducted 2 stars for the terrible kids menu. Our 6 year old wanted chicken and rice. They only had frozen chicken nuggets or a Greek quesadilla. So yummy! I'm glad I tried this spot and since then, I've been back a couple of times. I usually get the plate with half rice and half salad. I like to get the beef and pork with all the toppings on the salad. The beef and pork are flavorful and they are generous with their portions. Salad is delicious and again, they are generous with the feta cheese on top. Their sauces are seriously so good. I get my plates with tzatziki, spicy feta and the OMG sauce. Great food done quickly! My bf and I were headed to Urbane Cafe for a late Sunday lunch but it was packed so we defaulted to Gyromania. I went here on Sunday, and this place is to die for. My order was close to 20 bucks but it was probably like one and a half meals. This is now one of my new favorite places. I got the lamb plate with half rice and half salad. They were very generous with the salad portion, and I actually thought it was amazing/fresh tasting. The rice taste a little fake, but it was still good and that was my only complaint. I was very annoying, and asked for every single one of the sauces and two salad dressings. The garlic sauce is the best I have ever tasted. Their lamb was delicious and their pita was fluffy and toasted perfectly. Just a little tip, they only except credit and no cash because of recent burglaries. I think if you go early enough they offer a a free, mini donut if you get breakfast there. They also offer a Young Spartans many which is the kids meal. Very cute! read more

The crowds were overwhelming the location, which says a lot, and then COVID hit. When we heard they were open for pick-up service we put in an order and were not disappointed...except that we could not eat it from there. We got several of the lamb plates and the gyromania fries with lamb plus the saganaki cheese (which if you were able to eat there comes to the table and is set on fire...so fun)...! I heard about Gyromania from some friends but I was not prepared for the quality of the food. The service was friendly and helpful, and people seems happy to be working there. Since I have an allergy to wheat, I haven't had a gyro for a long time. Here I could at least have lamb gyro, and I could honestly eat that lamb every single day for the rest of my life. Falafel? Gyromania is amazing!! This is the second of their 2 locations in town. And this one is just as good as the other which was ranked #4 on a top of the year list a few years ago. So you know it's fire. And like I said in my review of the other place, it's pronounced Yee-Row. Not Gyro, not Hero. You sound kinda silly when you say it wrong. Thanks for coming to my TED Talk. So what's good here? Well everything. Things I've tried that, the lamb gyro, get it with Tzatziki sauce(I'm not helping you pronounce that good luck lol..) And if you want rice or fries in the gyro they can do that for you or on the side. I like the fries in it though. The Gyromania fries with lamb are good, and if you're not feeling a wrap or fries you can get a plate with your choice of stuff. They've got fried cheese, falafel, the donuts are amazing! I've been to Gyromania so many times I feel like I could be a stakeholder at this point LOL. And idk where bossman finds the staff at but they have the friendliest staff at both of their locations that I've ever encountered. They have such a genuine attitude, super friendly and patient with new customers. I was in town for a few weeks for work and really needed to find some grub that could get me by for a few days meaning I'd have a good amount of leftovers and this place was it. Gyromania did not disappoint. I'm a pretty basic dude when it comes to my meals. All I wanted was some fresh steamed rice and double meat of the sliced lamb and the chicken kabob. Little did I know that when they asked if I "REALLY" wanted double meat they meant they were actually going to stack my plate with some giant portions of protein. I wasn't mad about it. Haha While they do stack up your plate with a good amount of protein it does come with a price. A double meat plate came out to be at around $20 -- it was however very much worth it. This is like a Chipotle. Service is fast. We ordered the Beef and Lamb plate and Greek Salad with Cyprus sausages. You can ask to have half of one type protein and half of another type of protein. I have eaten at Gyromania many times (all the way through COVID). I had not gone to the Stevenson in Ranch location in probably a month. I was absolutely shocked at the increase in prices. But the real concern was they would not let you get a gyro without getting an order of fries or rice in so it made it impossible to get four gyros, for two people without getting a ton of extra food and paying over $60. So then when I finally got my order, my fries literally had about seven in the bag. I had two orders and both were like that. It was a huge fail for me ... poor customer service, poor quantity, outrageously increase prices and unwilling to modify the order. Probably won't be going back anytime soon.
